Abstract
Puede obtenerse una preparacion solida mejorada en cuanto a la absorcion oral y reducida en fluctuaciones de absorcion oral mediante la incorporacion de un ácido orgánico, en particular, ácido tartárico, en una preparacion solida que posee como ingrediente activo, un alto contenido de un compuesto de quinolona, en particular sitafloxacina, que posee poca solubilidad en agua a un pH casi neutro.
