Abstract

Un conjunto tubular reforzado consiste en dos capas tubulares o cilindros rígidos concéntricos, interno y externo, respectivamente, preferiblemente de resina de poliéster reforzada con fibra de vidrio. En el intersticio entre esos dos cilindros se aloja un elemento de refuerzo constituido por un elemento tubular, preferentemente un tubo granulado o cOrrugado, envuelto en espiral helicoidal con un paso pre-establecido alrededor de dicho cilindro interno. Las espirales de dicho elemento de refuerzo están fijadas en las zonas de contacto tanto con el cilindro interno como con el cilindro externo, y a tal fin, preferentemente, la envoltura de dicho tubo corrugado sobre el cilindro interno se efectua cuando el cilindro está recién formado y la resina poliéster que lo compone está todavía en estado pastoso, por lo cual la resina penetra en las acanaladuras superficiales o granulacion de dicho tubo de refuerzo.
