Ein weiterer Vorteil dieses Trägers besteht darin, dass an ihm sämtliche inneren Teile des Zählers ausserhalb des Gehäuses montiert werden können und der Träger mit diesen Teilen als Ganzes nur mittels zweier Schrauben im Gehäuse befestigt werden kann. Hiedurch wird einerseits die Montage und eine eventuelle Reparatur sehr erleichtert, anderseits wird die Übertragung von Verbiegungen am Gehäuse, wie sie in unlauterer Absicht versucht werden könnten, auf den Träger möglichst vermieden.
Der Träger könnte anstatt durch ein Stanzstuck auch aus Guss gebildet sein, wobei hiezu vorteilhaft ein Material mit ferromagnetischen Eigenschaften zu verwenden wäre.

A favorable effect with regard to the electrical properties of the meter can be achieved by an opposite pole arrangement to the tension iron.
A further advantage of this carrier is that all internal parts of the meter can be mounted on it outside the housing and the carrier with these parts as a whole can only be fastened in the housing by means of two screws. As a result, on the one hand, assembly and any repairs are made much easier, and on the other hand, the transfer of deformations on the housing, as could be attempted with unfair intent, to the carrier is avoided as far as possible.
The carrier could also be made of cast iron instead of a stamped piece, a material with ferromagnetic properties being advantageously used for this purpose.
