  Verfahren zur Herstellung haltbarer,   wässeriger   Arzneimittellösungen. 



   Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Verwendung von Pyridonen und Piperidonen als Lösung- vermittler in Wasser schwer lösliche Arzneimittel, wie Alkaloide, Barbitursäurederivate, Kampfer u. dgl. in haltbare wässerige Lösung bringen kann. 



    Die Pyridone und Piperidone eignen sich auch als Lösungsmittel für diese Arzneimittel, da sie in unverdünntem Zustande ohne Schaden injiziert werden können. So kann man z. B. Kampfer und  
Barbitursäure leicht in den flüssigen Pyridonen bzw. Piperidonen lösen.   Zweckmässig   wählt man die
Konzentration dieser Lösungen so, dass sich die Arzneimittel beim Verdünnen mit Wasser nicht aus- scheiden. 



   Die Pyridone und Piperidone können auch in Gemischen unter sich oder mit andern Lösungs- vermittlern angewendet werden. 



   Beispiel 1 : Eine Lösung von 15 Teilen Emetinhydroehlorid D. A. B. 6, in 100 Teilen 10% igem
1-Methyl-2-piperidon bleibt auch nach dem Impfen bei 0  klar. Hingegen scheiden sich aus einer 6% igen
Lösung von Emetinhydrochlorid in Wasser bei 0  Kristalle aus. 



   Beispiel 2 : 3 Gewichtsteile   Theophyllin lösen sich in   100 Gewichtsteilen einer   40% igen wässerigen  
Lösung von   1-0xyäthyl-2-pyridon.   Die Lösung kann, ohne dass eine Ausscheidung erfolgt, mit Wasser weiter verdünnt werden. 



   Beispiel 3 : 2'5 Gewichtsteile Kampfer werden in 100 Gewichtsteilen 1-Methyl-2-piperidon gelöst. Die Lösung kann mit Wasser verdünnt werden, ohne dass eine Ausscheidung erfolgt. Konzen- triertere Lösungen von Kampfer-es lassen sich bis 50%ige Lösungen herstellen-sind mit Wasser nicht in jedem Verhältnis mischbar. 



   Beispiel 4 : Eine 10% ige Lösung von   Allylisopropylbarbitursäure   in 1-Methyl-2-piperidon lässt sich mit Wasser beliebig verdünnen, ohne dass eine Ausscheidung erfolgt. 



   Beispiel 5 : Eine Lösung von 40 Teilen   l-Phenyl-2'3-dimethyl-4-dimethylamino-5-pyrazolon   in 100   TeiIen1-Methyl-2-piperidon   kann beliebig mit Wasser verdünnt werden und bleibt dabei klar.
