Bauaufzug mit austauschbaren Lastaufnahmeorganen, wie drehbare Plattform und Silo, dessen Fahrstuhl auf einer vertikalen oder geneigten Führung mittels Seilzug bewegbar ist und einen Kragarm aufweist, der an seinem freien Ende ein Lager für einen vertikalen Drehzapfen besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in das Drehlager (7) des Kragarmes (6) einerseits in an sich bekannter Weise die drehbare Plattform (9) und anderseits ein Silo (14) mit seiner vertikalen Drehachse (10) wechselweise einsetzbar sind, wobei am Fahrstuhl   (1)   gegebenenfalls noch zwei weitere Lagerstellen   (17,   18) für eine vertikale Drehachse (16) eines bedarfsweise anbringbaren Schwenkkranes (15) vorgesehen sind.
