  Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Erzeugung von Garn 
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur kontinuierlichen Erzeugung von Garn aus Fasern beliebiger Art, die von einem Luft- oder Flüssigkeitsstrom durch einen trichterförmigen, umlaufenden Hohlkörper geführt werden. Die Erfindung besteht im wesentlichen darin, dass der Mantel des trichterförmigen Hohlkörpers im Abstand von der Trichterspitze in Rippen, Nadeln od. dgl. übergeht, die ohne sich zu berühren, gegen die an der Trichterspitze liegende Durchgangsöffnung zusammenlaufen, aus der das Garn oder Vorgarn austritt. 



   Von bekannten Spinnvorrichtungen (deutsche Patentschrift Nr. 489538), bei denen der trichterförmige Spinnkörper an der Innenseite Rippen aufweist und bei denen die Fasern durch eine im Spinntrichter umlaufende Kugel gegen die Trichterinnenwand gepresst werden, unterscheidet sich die Vorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung dadurch, dass ein an der Innenseite glatter Spinntrichter unter Fortfall von besonderen Mitnehmern verwendet wird, der in ein System von Rippen, Nadeln   od. dgl.   übergeht. 



   Das durch den Einlaufteil des Spinntrichters eingeführte Fasergut wird beim Übergang zum Rippensystem in den Spalten zwischen den Rippen gleichgerichtet und sodann verdreht, ohne dass es, wie erwähnt, besonderer, im Trichter umlaufender Andrückkörper bedarf. 



   Die Zeichnung stellt ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dar. Mit 1 ist der umlaufende Einlaufteil des Trichters bezeichnet, an den sich ein System von Rippen, Nadeln od. dgl. 2 anschliesst, die gegen die Durchgangsöffnung D des Trichters zusammenlaufen, ohne sich zu berühren. Das Fasergut 3 wird in der Pfeilrichtung von einem Luft- oder Flüssigkeitsstrom in den Trichter eingeführt und   stösst gegen   die Rippen 2, wo es gleichgerichtet und durch das mit dem Trichter umlaufende System von Rippen, Nadeln od. dgl. zum Garn oder Vorgarn zusammengedreht wird. Anschliessend wird das Garn oder Vorgarn auf die Kreuzspulen 5 aufgewickelt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr einfach, ergibt aber eine sehr hohe Leistung. 



   Die Einrichtung kann man insbesondere vorteilhaft zum Spinnen von   Glasstapelfasem   verwenden.

The invention relates to a device for the continuous production of yarn from fibers of any type, which are guided by a flow of air or liquid through a funnel-shaped, circumferential hollow body. The invention consists essentially in the fact that the jacket of the funnel-shaped hollow body at a distance from the funnel tip merges into ribs, needles or the like, which converge without touching against the through opening at the funnel tip from which the yarn or roving emerges .



   The device according to the invention differs from known spinning devices (German patent specification No. 489538) in which the funnel-shaped spinning body has ribs on the inside and in which the fibers are pressed against the inner wall of the funnel by a ball rotating in the spinning funnel the inside of a smooth spinning funnel is used, eliminating the need for special drivers, which merges into a system of ribs, needles or the like.
