Diese Arbeitsweise hat grosse Nachteile. Sie erfordert vor allem sehr viel Handarbeit.
Auch muss bei dieser Arbeitsweise, weil sie nicht schnell genug von statten geht, an mehreren Angriffsstellen im Brennkanal gleichzeitig gearbeitet werden. Dieser Umstand hat eine schlechte Ausnutzung der im Brennkanal vorhandenen Wärme, für das Vorwärmen der Verbrennungsluft und des Einsatzes zur Folge und verursacht daher eine Brennmaterialvergeudung.
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezweckt, diesen Übelständen abzuhelfen und besteht darin. dass in der Sohle des Brennkanales Abwurföffnungen vorgesehen sind, durch welche das Brenngut aus dem Brennkanal auf unter der Abwurföffnung befindliche bekannte Transportmittel abgeworfen wird, um dann weiter befördert zu werden.
