   Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Schutzvorrichtung   gegen Anhäufen   von nachteilig auf Bäume einwirkender Erde, die aus einem um den Fuss des Baumstammes aufzustellenden Mantel   umsteht. Der Ernndungsgegenstand   ist auf der Zeichnung in drei   Ausführungsbeispielen   zur Darstellung gebracht. Fig. 1 zeigt eine zylinderförmige Schutzvorrichtung, Fig. 2 eine nach oben und Fig. 3 eine nach unten verjüngte ringförmige Schutzvorrichtung.

   Die Vorrichtung, welche namentlich bei jungen Obstbäumen Verwendung finden soll, wird um den Baumstamm auf den Boden gelegt und hat den Zweck, das den Baum nachteilig beeinflussende, allmähliche Anhäufen von Erde um den Stamm herum zu verhindern. Das schädliche Anhäufen von Erde um den Stamm wird durch Einbringung von Dünger, durch Lockerung des Bodens, durch Auflegen von Komposterde usw. herbeigeführt. Je nach dem Standort des Baumes kann die Schutzvorrichtung auch andere, in der Zeichnung dargestellte Formen erhalten. So könnte diese beispielsweise an Strassen oder Gebäuden eine halbrunde oder eckige Form erhalten, wobei im letzteren Falle die Ecken durch entsprechende Klinker zusammengehalten werden können.

   Unter die Vorrichtung können, um jegliches Senken derselben zu verhindern, schmale Platten gelegt werden.
