Die Erfindung betrifft ein Türband, Scharnier oder dgl.. welches aus einer Bandrolle mit eingerolltem, hohlem Drehzapfen besteht, und der Zweck der Erfindung ist der, eine gegenseitige Verschiebung zwischen Bandrolle und Zapfen zu verhindern.
Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen ist an dem Drehzapfen oder an der Bandrolle ein Ansatz vorgesehen oder Lappen herausgebogen, der sieh beim Einrollen des Drehzapfens in eine an der Bandrolle bzw. dem Drehzapfen vorgesehene Aussparung oder einen Schlitz einlegt und so eine Verschiebung und Verdrehung der beiden Teile gegeneinander verhindert.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsformen eines Türbandes dargestellt. Fig. 1-5 zeigt die eine, Fig. 6-10 die zweite Ausführungsform.

Ende einen aus dem Material herausgebogenen, vorspringenden Ansatz 2. welcher ebenso breit ist, wie die in der Bandrolle : ; vorgesehene Aussparung 4 (Fig. 1).
Der Drehzapfen 1 wird zusammengerollt und in die Bandrolle. 3 eingelegt. Beim Zusammenrollen der letzteren legt sieh der Ansatz 2 in die Aussparung 4 und hält dadurch Zapfen und Rolle fest miteinander verbunden, so dass eine gegenseitige Verschiebung oder Verdrehung ausgeschlossen ist.
, Gemäss der Ausführungsform nach Fig. 6-10 besitzt der Drehzapfen 1 (Fig. 7 und 8) am unteren Ende eine Aussparung oder einen Schlitz 4. welcher ebenso breit ist wie der aus der Bandrolle. 3 herausgebogene Lappen 2 (Fig. 6).
Die Anordnung kann auch so getroffen werden, dass der Ansatz aus der Bandrolle nach aussen vorspringt und sieh in die in dem Drehzapfen vorgesehene Aussparung oder den Schlitz einlegt.
Die Zusammensetzung der Teile erfolgt in der gleichen Weise wie bei der ersten Ausführungsform.
Da bei gleichstarker Eisenwandung der oberen und unteren Bandrolle bei gleichem Rollendurchmesser der Zapfen sich schwer im Loehteil des Bandes drehen würde. so erhält der vorstehende Zapfenteil 5 (Fig. 3 und 4). welcher in den aufzusetzenden Loehteil hineinragt, einen etwas kleineren Durchmesser als der in der Bandrolle fest eingerollte Teil. Hiedurch wird eine leichte Beweglichkeit des Lochteils auf dem Zapfen des Bandes erreicht. -
Um ein leichteres Einhängen der Bandrolle in dem Drehzapfen zu erreichen, wird zweckmässig das Ende 6 des Drehzapfens 1 nach innen eingezogen.

The invention relates to a door hinge, hinge or the like. Which consists of a roller with a rolled, hollow pivot pin, and the purpose of the invention is to prevent mutual displacement between the roller and pin.

The pivot 1 is rolled up and into the roll of tape. 3 inserted. When the latter is rolled up, the projection 2 places it in the recess 4 and thereby holds the pin and roller firmly connected to one another, so that mutual displacement or rotation is excluded.
According to the embodiment according to FIGS. 6-10, the pivot 1 (FIGS. 7 and 8) has a recess or a slot 4 at the lower end which is just as wide as that from the roll of tape. 3 bent flaps 2 (Fig. 6).
The arrangement can also be made in such a way that the extension protrudes outward from the tape roll and inserts into the recess or slot provided in the pivot pin.
The parts are assembled in the same way as in the first embodiment.
Since if the iron walls of the upper and lower hinge rolls were of the same thickness, the pin would be difficult to turn in the hole part of the hinge with the same diameter. this gives the protruding pin part 5 (FIGS. 3 and 4). which protrudes into the hole part to be placed, a slightly smaller diameter than the part firmly rolled up in the roll of tape. This allows the hole part to move easily on the pin of the belt. -
In order to achieve an easier hanging of the tape roll in the pivot pin, the end 6 of the pivot pin 1 is expediently drawn inward.
