The invention concerns a clothes-drying cabinet comprising a closed and sealed drying enclosure (7), a cooling system (22, 23), ventilation means for ensuring a circulation of the air contained in the enclosure (7), an adjoining compartment (30), isolated from the drying enclosure (7) comprising two openings for passage of air and containing, on the one hand, a secondary condenser (28) mounted in series with the cooling system, and, on the other hand, secondary ventilation means (29), and temperature control means designed to engage the functioning of the secondary ventilation means (29) when the temperature inside the drying enclosure (7) is above a predetermined threshold. <IMAGE>
