Abstract

This invention discloses a support for a window covering and a window frame or sash with such supports. The support comprises a support body having a first portion and a second portion, which are integrally joined. A top surface of the first portion serves as a supporting surface for the side covering and at least one positioning pin for connection with a window frame or sash member are defined in the support body. A fixing hole may be defined in the support body, said fixing hole being opened from the top surface of the first portion and extending into the second portion through the first portion. Supports may be arranged on extra side plates attached to the sash to support side coverings, so that the strength of the covering is efficiently improved.
