La présente invention est relative aux garnitures de ressorts à boudin pour le rembourrage de sièges, matelas et objets analogues, du type consistant en une ou plusieurs séries ou rangées de ressorts à boudin formés par enroulement continu d'un fil pour ressorts en spires de même sens.
Dans les garnitures connues de ce typa,pour permettre l'enroulement des spires des ressorts dans le même sens, dans les ressorts successifs de la garniture,on opérait une torsion du fil à 180 au passage d'un ressort à l'autre.
Cette liaison a pour inconvénient que le procédé de fabrication de la garniture est difficile.
En outre, et c'est là son principal inconvénient, la garniture ainsi obtenue est défectueuse étant donné que la torsion du fil entre la fin d'un.ressort et le commencement du ressort suivant affaiblit très sensiblement le fil. D'au- tre part,les effets exercés sur un ressort déterminé se transmettent directement aux ressorts précédent: et suivant.
La présente invention a pour objet de supprimer ces inconvénients.
A cette fin,-selon l'invention,on forme dans le fil au passage d'un ressort à l'autre une petite hélice d'au moins un pas et, de préférence de plusieurs pas très serrés, de manière à permettre l'enroulement du fil dans le même sens dans le.'ressort voisin sans torsion du fil sur lui-même.
Cette hélice joue le rôle d'un ressort amortissant les effets de traction entre les ressorts successifs.
L'invention va être illustrée ci-après par la descrip- tion d'une de ses formes de réalisation-représentée sur le dessin ci-annexé.
Celui-ci est une vue en perspective d'un fragment d'une garniture de ressorts à boudin formés par enroulement d'un même fil métallique, les spires des ressorts adjacents étant, de manière connue en soi, engagées les unes dans les autres, de façon à former un ensemble cohérent.
Comme on peut le voir sur le dessin,les spires supérieur res et inférieures de chacun des ressorts 1 sont, de manière connue en soi dixées au moyen d'attaches 2 respectivement à un cadre supérieur 3 et à un cadre inférieur 4 entre lesquels sont placés les ressorts 1.

dire de gauche à, droite en montant pour un observateur placé suivant l'axe de l'hélice.
Pour pouvoir passer d'un ressort, par exemple, celui du milieu sur le dessin, au suivant, c'est-à-dire celui placé à droite sur le dessin, en conservant le même sens d'enroulement,sans torsion du fil, on forme dans la fil une petite hélice 5 à spires à faible pas, jouant le rôle d'un ressort transversal,amortisseur de traction.
Il va de soi que l'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite ci-avant et que des modificatins peuvent y être apportées sans sortir du cadre de la présente demande de brevet, à condition que ces changements ne soient pas en contradiction avec l'esprit des revendications qui suivent.
C'est ainsi qu'au lieu d'une hélice à. plusieurs spires on peut prévoir une hélice à un seul pas ou spire complète.
