L'invention concerne des perfectionnements apportés dans les emballages en papier et similaires et plus particulièrement dans les emballages par sachets et sacs en papier généralement utili- sés par les détaillants pour l'emballage des marchandises et plus généralement des produits alimentaires remis aux consommateurs.
On connaît l'extension considérable atteinte par l'emploi des sachets et sacs en papier se substituant de plus en plus aux empa quetag es. Néanmoins, tant'en ce qui concerne les pa- quets que les sacs et sachets, on a été et on est encore préoccupé du problème de la fermeture et subséquemment du port de l'emballage moyennant la plus grande sécurité et le meilleur confort.
Plus particulièrement, en ce qui concerne les sacs et sachets, on a imaginé de nombreux moyens de fermeture et diverses

dispositions permettant de les porter plus ou moins aisément lorsqu'ils sont remplis. Toutefois, d'une manière générale, les moyens prévus font partie intégrante du sac ou sachet et consistent le plus souvent en poignées, anses ou ajourementsrenforcés en sorte d'en permettre la préhension et le transport dans des conditions plus confortables qu'en l'absence d'un, tel moyen spécial.
Les dispo- sitifs préconisés offrent cependant l'inconvénient que, se trouvant placés par avance etpar conséquenttoujours aux mêmes endroits du sac ou sachet, la facilité de transport est atteinte au détriment de la fermeture de l'emballage, lequel le plus souvent est maintenu ouvert entraînant,par le fait même, tous les inconvénients d'un em- ballage non correctement fermé. De plus, si le sac est relativement grand et peu chargé, les anses ou poignées se trouvant au droit des bords supérieurs, le transport de l'emballage dans de telles condi- tions cet difficile et disgracieux. D'autre part, si le même emballa- ge est plus ou moins fortement chargé, les poignées sont écartées et le sac ou sachet se maintient largement ouvert et est semblable- ment difficile à porter.
L'invention tient compte de tous ces aléas et con- cerne un moyen nouveau applicable à tous genres d'emballage en pa- pier ou similaires. L'invention a pour but de réaliser des accessoi- res pour de tels emballages généralement quelconques, paquets, sacs, sachets, boîtes ou autres, sous la forme de poignées indépendantes constituant des objets industriels par elles mêmes et spécialement destinées à être apportées sur les emballages - avant ou après rem- plissage - dans de telles conditions qu'elles peuvent être solidari- sées aux dits emballages, au moment opportun, et aux endroits les mieux appropriés pour permettre à la fois le port confortable de l'emballage chargé et sa fermeture dans les meilleures conditions possibles.

ou solidaires d'un papier gommé en sorte qu'elles présentent une ré- sistance mécanique suffisante, une forme compatible avec leurs fonctions et, enfin, qu'elles soient en permanence prêtes à être fixées quasi instantanément, en tous moments et. en tous endroits dé- sirés de l'emballage charge' ou non.
Ces poignées apportées peuvent par. conséquent pré- senter des formes extrêmement variables en sorte de pouvoir être adaptées systématiquement aux emballages.respectivement aux sacs et sachets plus spécialement envisagés.
Les poignées peuvent être individuelles, c'est-à- dire être exécutées une à une ou bien combinées par paires en sorte de pouvoir être fixées' telles quelles sur l'emballage.
Les matériaux et les dimensions des poignées sont également dépendants des applications envisagées cependant que toutes les variantes,pouvant résulter du choix tant de la forme que de la conformation, des matériaux et des dimensions desdites poi- gnées, se maintiennent dans le cadre de la présente invention.
A simple titre d'exemple, sans aucun caractère limi- tatif généralement quelconque, quelques modes d'exécution sont schématisés aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels : la figure 1 schématise en vue perspective un embal- lage, chargé et fermé,formé par un sac en papier 1. Opposément, sur ledit sac chargé et fermé sont fixées deux poignées 2-3 exécutées 'conformément à l'invention. Il est tout particulièrement remarqua- ble que l'emballage est normalement chargé et fermé cependant que les deux poignées peuvent être aisément rapprochées et saisies en- semble en sorte que cet emballage fermé peut être porté de la ma- nière la plus normale.
La figure 3 schématise en élévation les poignées qui ont été utilisées dans l'application de la figure 1.

Cette poignée est réalisée d'une manière extrême- ment simple et économique qui consi'ste à partir d'une feuille de papier 4, kraft par exemple, dont une face est entièrement gommée.
L'un des bords de cette feuille est replié sur lui-même de manière à former une doublure 5 avec interposition d'une languette 6 en carton ou en toute autre matière suffisamment résistante. La dou- blure 5 est collée sur la partie correspondante de la feuille 4, en sorte qu'on réalise,par le fait même, un bord particulièrementré- sistant. Ce bord est tra.-versé de deux oeillets 7-8 et par ces oeillets est fixée la poignée proprement dite 9 formée par exemple par une simple corde dont les deux bouts sont terminés par un noeud suffisamment gros.
Les poignées sont ainsi réalisées d'une manière simple etpeuventêtre ±fournies dans cette forme complètement prête à être utilisées. En effet, l'un des faces de la feuille,formant en quelque sorte le support de la poignée proprement dite 9, étant gommée, la fixation peut être réalisée par simple mouillage. la figure '1 schématise en coupe verticale une varian- te de la poignée des figures 2 et 3. Dans l'exemplesimple de réalisation de la figure 6, ladite paire de poignée est formée par une simple bande de papier gommé 15 ou similaire dont les deux extrémités sont traitées en forme de poignée par l'un quelconque des moyens susdécrits ou par tout autre moyen équivalent. En l'occurrence, les deux bouts ont été, re- tournés de manière à former une large doublure 16 avec interposition d'une plaque de carton 17, le tout étant- ajouré de manière à former les poigné'es ou anses proprement dites 18. la paire de poignées' ainsi réalisée se place comme schématisée substantiellement en forme de U et soutient l'emballage (représenté en traits mixtes).
