Abstract
By the method, the electric power system is assisted in times of peak loadings. It is ecologically clean and requires no energy equipment usage. According to the method, water from a lower level (water basin) (2) is continuously transported 24 hours a dey to a higher level (1) by a pipeline (3) connectiing them using a system of wind units (12) (wind motor - water pump). During the peak loadings of the electric power system, the water is automatically or manually released back to the water basin (2) across a water turbine (5) driving an electricity generator (6), and the electric power generated is fed to the electric power system (11) by means of electric transmission networks.
