Abstract
"GERADOR COMPACTO APERFEIçOADO, RODA EMISSORA DE LUZ COM O MESMO, E SEU MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO". Um gerador compacto aperfeiçoado, uma emissora de luz adotando o mesmo e um método de fabricação são fornecidos. Para se construir um gerador compacto e leve para desempenhar suavemente a indução eletromagnética através do cruzamento de direções do fluxo magnético de uma bobina de armadura e um ímã permanente, uma estrutura de conjunto incluindo um braço de armadura e bobina de armadura é aperfeiçoada. Para prevenção de danos contra impactos junto ao ímã permanente e utilização de um ímã permanente com base em terra rara em um tipo de anel apresentando a espessura de 1,2 mm em Lantanidas que apresenta uma força magnética 9-10 vezes mais forte do que aquela de um ímã permanente com base em ferrita mas sendo fraca contra impactos, é fornecido um conjunto de ímã permanente aonde o ímã permanente é disposto em um tampão. Ainda, para facilitar uma conexão de fio principal entre o gerador e um dispositivo de emissão de luz e para prevenção contra danos junto a um fio principal quando é moldado um cubo de roda que é integralmente moldado por injeção com o conjunto de bobina de armadura, uma porção de condução de fio principal proeminente oca para proteção de um fio principal é provida no conjunto de bobIna de armadura. Resultando, no gerador tornar-se mais compacto, mais leve, e poder ser fabricado mais confiavelmente e eficientemente em uma roda, ou seja, a produção em massa é aperfeiçoada e a roda pode ser facilmente substituída. Ainda, o tamanho do gerador aperfeiçoado é minimizado de modo a ser instalado na roda de um skate de esferas. Conforme o dispositivo emissor de luz emita luz por cor através da corrente induzida por uma força rotacional da roda, um usuário pode identificar facilmente a posição de alguém em um lugar escuro, reduzindo as possibilidades de acidentes e paralelamente fornecendo interesse ao usuário e a outros observadores. Ainda, a roda emissora de luz é fabricada simplesmente através de instalação de dispositivos emissores de luz em uma placa de metal em circuito através de um robó automático antes ou após ser instalada uma placa de metal em circuito adicional em um cubo de roda e introduzindo a placa de metal em circuito no cubo de roda. Assim, pode-se reduzir a força manual necessária para o processo de soldagem do dispositivo emissor de luz, sendo simplificado o processo de conjunto de roda, e facilitada a conexão entre o gerador e o dispositivo de emissão de luz, reduzindo a taxa de defeitos e melhorando a produção em massa. Ainda, quando é utilizado um ímã com base em terra rara de alto custo, a espessura do ímã pode ser diminuída pela fixação do ímã permanente utilizando o tampão, o que aumenta o seu valor económico.
