Abstract
"UNIãO PARA TUBOS E PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO". A invenção se refere a uma união para tubos para uma ligação aparafusada de alta pressão com junta positiva e resistente a compressão, constituída por um tubo formado, por um elemento de aparafusamento ou segmento de união que tem uma superfície cónica que se conecta a uma parte perfurada paralela ao eixo que tem uma superfície de extremidade radial, por uma porca de união, por um anel de vedação e por um anel de retenção, tendo o tubo formado uma peça de extremidade paralela ao eixo com o mesmo diâmetro que o tubo e que corresponde à profundidade da base de assento de tubo. O tubo formado (3) com um rebordo acentuado (7) forma uma superfície que se encaixa (9) com a superfície cónica (8) da porca de união (2) produzindo uma superfície de encosto (11) para uma superfície frontal (12) do anel de retenção (6) essencialmente alinhada com o eixo do tubo (10). O anel de retenção (6) tem uma superfície anular radial (14) que, no estado montado, entra em contato com a superfície frontal (16) cónica do segmento da união (1) ou com o elemento de aparafusamento, permitindo deste modo uma montagem em blocos.
