Abstract

"MECANISMO DE ACIONAMENTO HIDRáULICO COMPACTO PARA CONJUNTOS DE RODAS". Um mecanismo de acionamento, especialmente para uso como motor de tração ou servomotor, compreende um sistema de transmissão na extremidade da roda de duas velocidades e tripla redução, que utiliza um motor hidráulico transversalmente montado. O sistema incorpora um freio de emergência e estacionamento de liberação hidráulica aplicado por mola integral em um projeto compacto que oferece fácil manutenção para o motor hidráulico. O projeto compacto pode ser usado em árvores de acionamento de direção e não direção como uma alternativa económica para as árvores de acionamento tradicionais. O sistema de acionamento de extremidade de roda permite que um motor hidráulico relativamente pequeno produza alto esforço de tração e alta velocidade máxima por meio de razões de redução do contra-eixo. As engrenagens de redução do contra-eixo são conectadas por um sincronizador para permitir capacidade de mudança no movimento entre as razões selecionadas.
