Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "RESINA ABSORVENTE A áGUA E SEU PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO". Em um processo de produção para uma resina absorvente à água, compreendendo as etapas de: misturar um material líquido e uma resina absorvente à água; e aquecer a mistura resultante para produzir uma resina absorvente à água modificada, a presente invenção é para fornecer: um método para uniforme e eficazmente tratar uma resina absorvente à água favoravelmente no ponto de vista industrial, como um resultado, uma resina absorvente à água com bom equilíbrio tendo várias propriedades excelentes, tais como capacidade de absorção sem uma carga, capacidade de absorção sob uma carga e capacidade de absorção de camada simples sob uma carga em contato com um líquido aquoso. O processo de produção compreende a etapa de misturar por pulverização uma resina absorvente à água (A) e um material líquido (B) com um aparelho de misturar equipado com um bico de pulverização (C), em que o material líquido (B) é pulverizado do bico de pulverização (C) e seu padrão de pulverização é uma forma de cone circular e oco ou uma forma de lentes convexas duplas e cone elíptico. Além disso, o processo de produção compreende a etapa de tratar a calor uma resina absorvente à água sob uma atmosfera tendo um ponto de condensação não superior a 60<198>C e uma temperatura não inferior a 90<198>C, em que a resina absorvente à água é obtida após a etapa de secagem seguindo por uma etapa de pulverização.
