Abstract

"SISTEMA DE FREIO PARA UM VEìCULO DE TRABALHO". Um veículo de trabalho é dotado de um sistema de freio atuado pelo calcar ou do pedal esquerdo ou do pedal direito. O sistema de freio compreende dois circuitos de freio paralelos. O primeiro circuito de freio possui um primeiro atuador de freio, uma primeira linha hidráulica, uma primeira parte reguladora de fluxo de uma válvula de freio em tandem e um primeiro acumulador. O segundo circuito de freio possui um segundo atuador de freio, uma segunda linha hidráulica, uma segunda parte reguladora de fluxo da válvula de freio em tandem e um segundo acumulador. Para equalizar a pressão hidráulica aplicada ao primeiro e ao segundo atuadores de freio, uma linha hidráulica equalizadora que possui um orifício se estende entre a primeira e a segunda linhas hidráulicas. Um circuito hidráulico de realimentação de força está colocado hidraulicamente entre a primeira e a segunda linhas hidráulicas. O circuito de realimentação de força compreende uma primeira linha hidráulica de realimentação de força, uma segunda linha hidráulica de realimentação de força e um atuador hidráulico de realimentação de força. A primeira linha de realimentação se estende entre a primeira e a segunda linhas hidráulicas. A segunda linha de realimentação se estende da primeira linha de realimentação até o atuador de realimentação. O atuador de realimentação está montado na válvula de freio em. A primeira linha de realimentação é dotada de uma válvula de retenção corrediça que possui uma primeira entrada, uma segunda entrada e uma saída. A primeira entrada está em comunicação fluida com a primeira linha hidráulica, e a segunda entrada está em comunicação fluida com a segunda linha hidráulica. A saída está acoplada hidraulicamente à segunda linha de realimentação.
