Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR TIRA DE AçO E AçO DE BAIXO TEOR DE CARBONO PRODUZIDO POR ESSE PROCESSO". Proporcionam-se tiras de aço e processos para produzir tiras de aço. Em uma concretização ilustrada, um processo inclui fundir continuamente aço de baixo teor de carbono em uma tira de não mais que 5 mm de espessura tendo grânulos de austenita que são grânulos grosseiros de 100-300 micrómetros de largura; e proporcionar um limite de elasticidade desejado na tira fundida mediante o resfriamento da tira para transformar os grânulos de austenita em ferrita em uma faixa de temperatura entre 850<198>C e 400<198>C sob uma velocidade de resfriamento selecionada de pelo menos 0,01 <198>C/segundo para produzir uma microestrutura que proporciona uma tira dotada de um limite de elasticidade de pelo menos 200 MPa.
