Abstract
"MéTODO PARA MONITORAR UM SISTEMA HIDRáULICO DE UM VEìCULO E SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA MONITORAR E PROTEGER UM SISTEMA HIDRáULICO DE UM VEìCULO". Um sistema e método são fornecidos para monitorar o sistema hidráulico de veículo que tem uma pluralidade de elementos de função hidráulica. O sistema hidráulico inclui uma bomba hidráulica para suprir fluido hidráulico pressurizado para a pluralidade de elementos de função hidráulica por meio de uma pluralidade correspondente de válvulas de controle de elemento hidráulico, uma unidade de controle eletrónica para controlar as válvulas de controle de elemento. A bomba também supre fluido lubrificante para um circuito de lubrificação se requisitos dos elementos da função hidráulica são alcançados. O método inclui detectar uma pressão hidráulica, preferivelmente a pressão de lubrificante de fluido lubrificante no circuito de lubrificante, e comparar a pressão detectada com uma pressão limiar. Se a pressão detectada é menor do que a pressão limiar, então elementos hidráulicos engatados de maneira ativa são testados desengatando os elementos em uma maneira predeterminada, verificando para observar se a condição de baixa pressão detectada é eliminada. Se a condição de baixa pressão detectada é eliminada depois de desengatar um elemento, então o elemento de função hidráulica que vaza (o último elemento desengatado) é desativado (destravado) e uma mensagem correspondente é gerada e armazenada.
