Abstract

"SISTEMA DE TRANSFERêNCIA AUTOMáTICO DE CARRETEL DE TECIDO, MéTODO DE TRANSFERêNCIA DE TECIDO EM MOVIMENTO A PARTIR DE UM PRIMEIRO CARRETEL ROTATIVO DE DESENROLAMENTO DE TECIDO PARA UM SEGUNDO CARRETEL ROTATIVO DE DESENROLAMENTO DE TECIDO, E, DISPOSITIVO PARA APLICAçãO DE ADESIVO A UM SEGMENTO DE TELA DE TECIDO EM MOVIMENTO". A presente invenção é relativa a um sistema (10) e método para transferir carretéis de tecido. O sistema preferivelmente incorpora bocais que borrifam um adesivo (40) diretamente sobre o substrato de papel tecido em movimento (18) em oposição a aplicar adesivo (40) diretamente ao carretel, independentemente de velocidades de máquina e pesos base do substrato. Alternativamente o sistema da presente invenção também pode aplicar adesivo diretamente ao novo carretel (14) em oposição ao substrato de papel tecido (18). Na configuração preferencial o novo núcleo, ou carretel, é trazido até a velocidade substancialmente equivalente ao substrato de papel tecido em movimento e colocado em contato com a tela móvel de tecido. Quando o novo carretel está no lugar, as válvulas são ativadas, pulverizando com isto adesivo (40) através da largura do tecido em movimento. O substrato recentemente revestido, cola substancialmente de forma imediata ao novo núcleo e rasga de forma limpa para longe do rolo completado.
