Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR ROTOR DE FREIO E ROTOR DE FREIO". Um rotor de freio adaptado para uso em um sistema de freio veicular inclui um rotor de freio formado por um processo de fundição. O rotor de freio inclui um flange de montagem interno e um disco de fricção externo. O flange de montagem interno inclui uma superfície interna, uma superfície externa e um furo piloto central formado através do mesmo. O disco de fricção externo inclui uma chapa de fricção interna e uma chapa de fricção externa. A chapa de fricção interna tem uma superfície votada para fora, uma borda periférica externa e uma borda periférica interna. A chapa de fricção externa tem uma superfície voltada para fora e uma borda periférica externa. A chapa de fricção externa é conectada ao flange de montagem interno por um chapéu e o chapéu tem uma superfície voltada para fora e uma superfície voltada para dentro. O flange de montagem interno do rotor de freio inclui uma pluralidade de furos receptores de parafuso de roda formados através do mesmo, que são formados durante o processo de fundição.
