Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA RETENçãO DE UM FIO DE TRAMA; FIEIRA COM CONJUNTO DE APERTO PARA O FIO DE TRAMA, ESPECIALMENTE PARA A CONCRETIZAçãO DO PROCESSO, E CARTUCHO COMO UNIDADE CONSTRUìDA INTERCAMBIáVEL PARA A INTEGRAçãO NO TUBO MISTURADOR DE UMA FIEIRA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma fieira, o conjunto de aperto (1) para o fio de trama (2) integrado entre os dois segmentos do tubo misturador (5, 6). Por meio do alojamento (10) é formada uma câmara (9), na qual encontra-se o músculo (15) pneumático ou hidráulico com duas peças de aperto (4a,b) semelhantes a lâminas, cujas livres extremidades (8a,b) apontam na direção da introdução (7) do fio de trama. Todo tubo misturador (3) encontra-se atrás de um injetor não representado. A câmara (9) é seguida de uma conexão de meio de pressurização (16) que por meio de linhas de pressurização (19, 20) e uma válvula de vias (17) está unida com uma fonte de pressão (18). A posição representada da válvula de vias (17) é exercida pressão sobre o músculo pneumático ou hidráulico (15), de maneira que as livres extremidades (8a,b) das peças de aperto semelhantes a lâminas (4a,b) se movem para dentro, mantendo preso o fio de trama (2). Também está previsto um comando piezo elétrico ou magnético das peças de aperto semelhantes a lâminas (4a,b).
