Abstract

"LIGA SUBSTANCIALMENTE ISENTA DE GRAFITE E NITROGêNIO E PROCESSO PARA MANUFATURá-LA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma liga substancialmente isenta de grafite e nitrogênio, fundida ao ar, envelhecida ou não envelhecida através de endurecimento por precipitação, especialmente adaptada para peças de escapamento de turbinas a gás ou motores de combustão interna, compreendendo uma microestrutura isenta de grafite da seguinte composição: Carbono: 0,4% p/p máx; Silício: 0,5 a 6% p/p; Manganês 0,1 a 4,5% p/p; Fósforo: 0,01 a 0,08% p/p; Níquel 13 a 38% p/p; Cromo O a 6% p/p; Enxofre 0,12% p/p máx.; Nitrogênio 0,02% p/p máx.; Ferro: saldo.
