Abstract

"SISTEMA DE MANUFATURA E DISTRIBUIçãO DE PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS SóLIDOS REFRIGERADOS" Um eficiente sistema de manufatura e distribuição para produtos alimentícios que são normalmente servidos a temperaturas bem abaixo da ambiente usa um processo de manufatura de dois estágios.
