Abstract
"PROCEDIMENTO DE FUNDIçãO, CONJUNTO DE BANCADA DE FUNDIçãO E MOLDE, BANCADA DE FUNDIçãO, MOLDE PARA OBTENçãO DE PEçAS FUNDIDAS". Esta invenção se refere a uma bancada (1, 16, 17, 29, 30, 31), a um molde ou a um procedimento de fundição, particularmente para cabeçotes dos cilindros do motor, caracterizada por uma fundição de baixa pressão, que é a introdução de metal derretido a partir de um forno (32) em um molde posicionado acima do mesmo mediante realização de pressão sobre a superfície do metal derretido dentro do mesmo forno, combinada com uma alimentação por gravidade do mesmo molde. This invention relates to a workbench (1, 16, 17, 29, 30, 31), a mold or casting procedure, particularly for engine cylinder heads, characterized by a low pressure die casting, which is the introducing molten metal from a furnace (32) into a mold positioned above it by applying pressure to the surface of the molten metal within the same furnace combined with a gravity feed of the same mold. Gravity casting occurs with open chambers created in the mold, the latter being sealed at the top, at least at the level of these chambers, by covers displaced by a tilt arm coupled to the casting bench.
