Abstract
Patente de Invenção:<B>"PILHA SECA E MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE CAMISA METáLICA EXTERNA DA MESMA"<D>. Os entalhes (21a, 21b) são formados nas arestas de apenas uma borda lateral (19a) de uma peça em bruto de camisa metálica (19) de uma tira de metal retangular. A peça em bruto (19) é enrolada em um formato cilíndrico, de modo que seus lados opostos (19a, 19b) são juntados entre si formando uma junta de encontro (10) e uma extremidade inferior (19c) da peça em bruto (19) é enroscada e torcida para dentro, de modo a formar um fundo, completando assim uma camisa metálica externa (18). Depois de um membro de pilha (26) ser carregado para a camisa metálica (18), a extremidade superior (19d) da peça em bruto (19) é enroscada e torcida para dentro, de modo a fazer com que os entalhes (21a, 21b) se justaponham à outra borda lateral (19b) da peça em bruto (19), formando uma junta de encontro enroscada (20) ao longo de uma direção (19b) da peça em bruto (19), formando uma junta de encontro enroscada (20) ao longo de uma direção (S), sendo diferente da direção radial (R) da camisa metálica (18). Este arranjo impede a formação de quaisquer dentes originados pela encurvadura da camisa metálica externa (18) enquanto é torcida, e permite que as pilhas secas produzidas de um modo mais eficiente.
