Abstract
<B>"DISPOSITIVO E PROCEDIMENTO PARA A SEPARAçãO SINCRONIZADA DE MODELO E CORPO DE AREIA"<D> é proposto um dispositivo e um procedimento para a separação de modelo e do corpo de areia moldado numa fórma por meio do modelo, em que modelo e fórma (8,7) - sob orientação horizontal de suas superfícies horizontais - são relativamente separáveis um do outro em direção a uma normal relativa e estas superfícies osculadoras. Para a execução do movimento relativo encontram-se paralelamente à normal (20) vários acionamentos verticais ou cilindros de elevação (15, 16) orientados paralelamente, que podem ser operados individualmente e cuja altura de elevação é individualmente regulável. Através da execução da separação com ajuda de quatro cilindros de elevação ou acionamentos elétricos acionados individualmente e regulados na altura de elevação (y(t)) consegue-se alcançar de modo muito exato, que as superfícies osculadoras (horizontais) da fórma e do modelo permaneçam paralelas durante o processo de separação e não ocorram movimentos verticalmente à normal.
