Abstract
"MéTODO E EQUIPAMENTO PARA REGULAR POTêNCIA DE TRANSMISSãO DE MENSAGEM ACK/NAK DE ESTAçãO BASE EM UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO SEM FIO". Uma estação base (BS) (110) em uma rede sem fio (100) estabelece níveis de potência para transmissão de mensagens que confirmam recebimento de dados em pacote provenientes de um dispositivo de comunicação móvel (MCD) (114). Em uma implementação, a BS infere se o MCD recebeu uma dada mensagem de aviso de recebimento considerando se (306 , 316) a próxima comunicação proveniente do MCD compreende novos dados em pacote, e se (310, 320) aqueles dados compreendem dados retransmitidos. A BS ajusta (312, 314, 322, 324) nível de potência de transmissão para mensagens de aviso de recebimento futuras de acordo com o fato de se o MCD recebeu mensagens de aviso de recebimento anteriores. Em uma implementação diferente, a potência de transmissão efetiva/estimada de uma estação base servidora para um dado MCD é mediada (404), e aumentada (406) em uma proporção determinada para fornecer um nivel meta. Sempre que a estação base não servidora transmitir mensagens confirmando recebimento de dados em pacote provenientes do MCD, a estação base não servidora transmite (408) no nível meta.
