Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE áCIDO (MET) ACRìLICO OU (MET) ACROLEìNA". é provido um método para a produção de ácido (met) acrílico ou (met) acroleína, no qual uma reação de oxidação catalítica de fase gasosa de um material a ser oxidado, tal como, propileno, propano, isobutileno e (met) acroleína com oxigênio molecular ou gás que contém oxigênio molecular é realizada pelo emprego de um reator multi-tubular possuindo uma ou mais camadas catalíticas na direção do eixo geométrico do tubo. Onde a elevação escalonada na temperatura da reação e suprimida e assim o catalisador é impedido de ser desativado e a produção pode ser realizada de modo estável, mesmo após a troca da condição de reação para aumentar a razão de produção, o que causa aumento da temperatura. Método que compreende a realização da troca de uma condição de reação que causa elevação da temperatura através da alteração da temperatura em uma entrada de um meio de aquecimento para ajustar a temperatura de reação sendo provida no reator multi-tubular acima, onde (1) a alteração da temperatura em uma entrada do meio de aquecimento é realizada dentro de cerca de 2<198>C ou menos por uma operação de troca, e (2) quando são realizadas sucessivas operações de troca, elas são praticadas com um intervalo de tempo de 10 minutos ou mais.
