penicilinas g acilases mutantes a presente invenção refere-se a uma penicilina g acilase procariótica mutante, derivada de uma penicilina g acilase do tipo selvagem, caracterizada pelo fato de que o mutantes possui uma substituição de aminoácido em uma ou mais posições de aminoácidos, selecionadas do grupo que consiste nas posições de aminoácido a3, a77 a90, a144 a192, b24, b109, b148, b313, b460 e b488, de acordo com a numeração de aminoácios da penicilina g acilase de escherichia coli com um sequência de aminoáciodos descrita na seq id no: 1.
