Abstract
Cette invention concerne un milieu filtrant pour aspirateur qui est un non-tissé spunbonded constitué de fibres spunbonded conjuguées. Ledit non-tissé est caractérisé par une perméabilité de Frazier égale au minimum à 250 CFM, une efficacité d'arrêt des particules de NaCl égale au minimum à 65 %, une raideur de Gurley égale au minimum à 20 mg et une chute de pression au plus égale à 0,5 mm H¿2?O. Les fibres conjuguées sont constituées de polymères, plus particulièrement de polyoléfines, et mieux encore de polypropylène et de polyéthylène juxtaposés. Le milieu filtrant est traité par une lame à air chaud et lié par air au cours du processus de production. Il est également traité avec un électret. Ce milieu présente une raideur suffisante pour être transformé en filtre par un procédé classique. Le milieu filtrant de cette invention convient particulièrement à la purification et au filtrage de l'air mais il pourrait également servir à filtrer d'autres gaz.
