Abstract
Un dispositif endoscopique apporte des améliorations à l'espace de travail endoscopique du fait qu'il comprend un capuchon semi-tubulaire présentant une paroi supérieure voûtée et des parois autoporteuses qui permet d'effectuer les manipulations simultanées nécessaires à la dissection, à la coupe, à la ligature, à la rétraction et autres sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'appliquer en continu une force extérieure; ce système améliorant la visualisation et réduisant le besoin de nettoyer la lentille endoscopique.
