Abstract

L'invention concerne un alliage nickel-chrome-fer amélioré qui comprend jusqu'à environ 5 % de particules contenant de l'hafnium. Dans l'un des modes de réalisation, un alliage nickel-chrome-fer amélioré à durcissement par phase dispersée à oxyde coulable résistant au fluage comprend jusqu'à environ 5 % d'hafnium, avec au moins une partie de l'hafnium présente sous forme de particules oxydées finement dispersées. Dans d'autres modes de réalisation de l'invention, l'alliage amélioré peut, en outre, comprendre jusqu'à environ 15 % en poids d'aluminium. L'alliage est particulièrement utile dans la production de tubes et de pièces moulées résistants au fluage, par exemple, pour le marché pétrochimique.
