Description

         

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines neuen     indigoiden    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden,     ,da.ss    man einen neuen       indigoiden    Farbstoff erhält, wenn man das     5-          Bronz.2,1-thionaphthis.atin    (welches erhalten  werden kann durch Kondensieren von     5-          Brom-2-thionaphthol    mit     Oxalylchlorid)    mit       6-Chdoroxythiona.phthenl@arbonsäure    konden  siert.  



  Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein rotbraunes  Pulver, löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefel  säure mit rotbrauner Farbe, gibt mit     Hydro-          sulfit    und Natronlauge eine rotgelbe     Küpe     und erzeugt auf Baumwolle Färbungen, wel  che nach dem Seifen     bordeaux    und sehr echt  werden.  



       Beispiel:     In 10000 Teile Alkoholwerden 293 Teile       5-Brom-2,1-thionaphthisatin    und 228,5 Teile       6-Chloroxytliionaphthenkarbonsäure    eingetra  gen und hierauf die Mischung längere Zeit    am     Rüekflusskühler    gekocht. Der gebildete  Farbstoff wird filtriert, gewaschen und ge  trocknet.

       Example: 293 parts of 5-bromo-2,1-thionaphthisatin and 228.5 parts of 6-chloroxytliionaphthenecarboxylic acid are added to 10,000 parts of alcohol and the mixture is then boiled for a long time on a reflux condenser. The dye formed is filtered, washed and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen indigoiden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeich net, dass man 5-Bro,m-2,1-thion ,aphthisatin mit 6-Chloroxythionaphthenkarbonsäure kon densiert.
