Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Farbstoffes.       Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man einen neuen  Farbstoff erhält, wenn man die     3-Oxyriaph-          t.halin-1,8-dikaribonsäure    mit dianotierter     4-Me-          tliyl-2-aniino-l-pheriol-6-sirlfosäure    kuppelt  und den so erhaltenen     Farbstoff    mit Alkali  chrotnit behandelt. Der neue     Farbstoff'    bildet  ein schwärzliches Pulver, löst sich in Wasser  unter Zusatz von Natronlauge mit rotvioletter  Farbe und erzeugt im Chromdruck auf Baum  wolle sehr echte violette Töne.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  25 Teile     4-A2ethyl-2-ainino-l-phenol-6-          sulfosäure    werden wie üblich dianotiert und  in eine Lösung von<B>21,6</B> Teilen     3-Oxynaph-          tlialin-1,8.        dikar        bonsäureanhy        drid,        *    8 Teilen  Natronlauge und 40 Teilen Soda in 500 Teilen  Wasser eingetragen. Man rührt, bis die     Diazo-          verbindung    verschwunden ist. Hierauf salzt  man mit Kochsalz aus und filtriert den aus=  geschiedenen     Farbstoff.     



  25,6 Teile dieses     Farbstoffes    werden in  eine kochende Lösung, enthaltend 8,5 Teile         Cr20s,    10.0 Teile Wasser, 28 Teile     Ätzkali     und 10 Teile     Glyzerin,    eingetragen     und     längere Zeit gekocht. Nach dem Verdünnen  mit zirka 200 Teilen Wasser wird filtriert  und aus dem Filtrat der neue     Farbstoff    durch  Neutralisieren und     Aussalzen    isoliert.

  25.6 parts of this dye are added to a boiling solution containing 8.5 parts of Cr20s, 10.0 parts of water, 28 parts of caustic potash and 10 parts of glycerine, and the mixture is boiled for a long time. After dilution with about 200 parts of water, the mixture is filtered and the new dye is isolated from the filtrate by neutralization and salting out.

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die 3-Oxynaphthalin-1,8-dikarbonsäui-e mit dianotierter 4-Methyl-2-amino-l-phenol-6-sul fo- säure kuppelt und den so erhaltenen Farb stoff mit Alkalichromit behandelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pulver, löst sich in Wasser unter Zusatz von Natron lauge mit rotvioletter Farbe und erzeugt im Chromdruck auf Baumwolle sehr echte violette Töne.
