Description
Vorrichtung zum Lösen der noch plastischen, durch Aufwickeln von Asbestzementplatten gebildeten Röhren vom Wickeldorn. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vor richtung zum Lösen der noch plastischen, durch Aufwickeln von Asbestzementplatten gebildeten Röhren vom Wickeldorn. Es sind Vorrichtungen bekannt, bei denen das noch weiche Rohr durch an seiner Aussenseite an greifende Greif- oder Halteorgane gehalten und der Wickeldorn in an sich bekannter Weise durch axialen Zug ausgezogen wird.
LTIn diese Arbeit zu erleichtern und um zu verhindern, dass auch bei raschem Arbeiten keine Gefahr auftritt, dass das Rohr durch den zum festen Klemmen und Halten nötigen Druck seine runde Form verlieren könnte, kann die- in der Zeichnung beispielsweise dargestellte Vorrichtung mit Vorteil benutzt werden.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs beispiel der Vorrichtung schematisch wieder gegeben. Bei der dargestellten Vorrichtung ist an einem Gestell 1 eine Walze 2, an wel cher das eine Ende einer Gewebebahn 3 be- festigt ist, drehbar angeordnet. Die letztere ist über Walzen 4, 5 und 6 geführt, von denen die Walze 4 in den Enden von Armen 7, die auf einer Welle 1.7 des Gestelles 1 schwenkbar angeordnet sind, drehbar gelagert ist. An den Armen 7 greift die Kolbenstange 8 eines Druckluftzylinders 9 an, der mittelst Zap fen 11 drehbar am Gestell 1 angeordnet ist.
An den Zylinder 9 sind Druckluftzu- und -ableitungen angeschlossen, die mit einer von Hand zu betätigenden Steuervorrichtung 12 in Verbindung stehen. Die Gewebebahn ist an der Walze 6 befestigt. Letztere sitzt in Lagern 13, die am Gestell 1 mittelst Schraubenspindeln 14 verschiebbar angeord net sind.
Das Rohr R mit dem Aufwickeldorn S wird, wie in der Zeichnung dargestellt, in eine Schlaufe 15 der Gewebebahn 3 ein gelegt, welche an dieser Stelle in an sich bekannter Weise mit Streifen 16 aus Holz etc. belegt ist, die zum Beispiel mit feinen Spitzen oder einem Lederüberzug an dem Umfang des noch plastischen Asbestzement rohres R angepresst werden. Das Anpressen dieser Streifen 16 erfolgt durch Verstellen der Walze 4 mittelst der Kolbenstange un ter Verwendung von Luftdruck, der beliebig gross gewählt werden kann. Dabei wird (las Rohr R nahezu am ganzen Umfang mit überall gleich hohem Druck von den Organen 16 gefasst.
Diese halten das Rohr R so fest, dass der Dorn S ausgezogen werden kann. ohne dass, auch bei raschem Arbeiten, das Rohr deformiert würde. Durch Verstellen der Lager 13 kann die Schlaufe 15 grösser oder kleiner gemacht werden und dadurch dem Durchmesser des jeweils vom Dorn S abzu ziehenden Rohres R angepasst werden. Der Walze 4 wird in ihren Lagern in den Ar men 7 etwas Spiel gegeben, so dass das Rohr R auf seiner ganzen Länge gleichmässig ge- fasst werden kann.
Statt mit Druckluft könnte die Walze -t auch mittelst Druckwasser verstellt werden. wobei Mittel vorgesehen werden können, um den Druck zu regeln.

The latter is guided over rollers 4, 5 and 6, of which the roller 4 is rotatably mounted in the ends of arms 7, which are arranged pivotably on a shaft 1.7 of the frame 1. The piston rod 8 of a compressed air cylinder 9 engages the arms 7 and is rotatably arranged on the frame 1 by means of Zap fen 11.
Compressed air supply and discharge lines are connected to the cylinder 9 and are connected to a manually operated control device 12. The fabric web is attached to the roller 6. The latter sits in bearings 13 which are slidably net angeord on the frame 1 by means of screw spindles 14.
The tube R with the winding mandrel S is, as shown in the drawing, placed in a loop 15 of the fabric web 3, which is covered at this point in a known manner with strips 16 made of wood, etc., for example with fine tips or a leather cover on the circumference of the still plastic asbestos-cement pipe R are pressed. These strips 16 are pressed on by adjusting the roller 4 by means of the piston rod using air pressure, which can be selected as large as desired. These hold the tube R so tight that the mandrel S can be pulled out. without the pipe being deformed, even when working quickly. By adjusting the bearings 13, the loop 15 can be made larger or smaller and thus the diameter of the tube R to be drawn from the mandrel S can be adjusted. The roller 4 is given some play in its bearings in the arms 7 so that the pipe R can be gripped evenly over its entire length.
