Description

  

      Fussbodenreinigungseinrichtung.       Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine Fussboden  reinigungseinrichtung und bezweckt nicht nur  die Fussbodenreinigung mühelos zu gestalten,  sondern dieselbe auch, ohne irgendwelche  Staubbelästigung für die Umgebung zu ver  ursachen, vornehmen zu können, wie dies für  öffentliche Räume, Fusssteige und namentlich       Gepächräume,    Bahnsteige und     Bahnhofhallen     geboten ist.  



  Beiliegende Zeichnung stellt ein Ausfüh  rungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dar,  darin ist       Fig.    1 ein Schaubild der Reinigungsein  richtung und       Fig.    2 bis 4 sind Einzelheiten.  



  Nach Zeichnung ist eine walzenförmige  Bürste 1 mittelst in Schiebern 2 gehaltener  Lagerhülsen 3 in den Seitenwandungen eines  mit Ausnahme einer Bodenöffnung 4, durch  welche die Bürste den Boden berührt, staub  dicht geschlossenen Kastens 5 gelagert. Der  Kasten trägt eine hintere Welle 6 mit zwei  beidseitig des Kastens angeordneten Gummi  reifrädern 7 und in der Mitte seiner Vor-         derwand    ist eine drehbare Leitrolle 8 vor  gesehen. Eine fast die ganze Kastenbreite  einnehmende, an der Hinterwand des Ka  stens befestigte Stange 9 gestattet, die Ein  richtung mit Sicherheit zu lenken.

   Die  Vorrichtung zum Heben und Senken der       Bürste    besitzt zwei Drahtseile 10, welche  mittelst Ösen 11, die über die Seitenwan  dungen des Kastens vorragenden Enden der  beiden Lagerhülsen 3 fassen und über     Leit-          rollen    12 und 13 an eine Stange 14 mit       Handgriff    15 angeschlossen sind, welche       zwischen    zwei Rechen 16 durch einen     finit     der Stange verbundenen Querstift 17 in den  gewünschten Aufzugslagen der Bürste fest  gehalten werden kann. Diese Stange samt  Rechen ist auf der Kastendecke angeordnet,  so dass der Handgriff 15 in leichtem Bereich  des Lenkers ist.  



  Hinter der Bürste ist eine durch die Bo  denöffnung 4 aus dem lasten herausragende,  den Staub von der Bürste zu dem Staub  sammler 20 leitende Schaufel 18 vorgesehen,  welche an ihrem Vorderende auf Rollen 19      läuft und mit ihrem     hintern    Ende mittelst  Schlaufen 21 auf einer die Kastenseiten  wände verbindenden Querstange 22 ver  schiebbar ist. Dadurch kann man die Schau  fel, ohne die Bürste aufheben zu müssen, von  etwa darauf hängen gebliebenen Gegenstän  den durch Zurückziehen und Umkippen be  freien.

   Diese Bewegungen können mittelst  Lenkstangen 23     ausgeführt    werden, welche  beidseitig der Schaufel angeordnet, einerseits  an der Schaufel und anderseits an Hebeln  24 angeschlossen sind, wobei diese Hebel  auf einer durch die     Kastenseitenwände     durchgesteckten Welle 25 festsitzen. Diese  Welle besitzt auf der Aussenseite des Ka  stens angeordnete Handkurbeln 26, mittelst  welcher jederzeit die Schaufel in den Samm  ler 20 entleert werden kann.  



  In     Fig.    2 sind ausser der mit vollen Li  nien gezeichneten Betriebsstellung der Schau  fel noch zwei weitere Stellungen strichpunk  tiert angedeutet.  



  Der Staubsammler 20 ist als eine seitlich  aus dem Kasten     herausziehbare    Lade mit       Handgriff    27 ausgebildet.  



  Der Antrieb der Bürste mit einer genü  gend grossen Geschwindigkeit ist dadurch  erreicht, dass auf die Enden der beidseitig  des Kastens aus den Lagerhülsen heraus  tretende Bürstenwelle kleine Kettenrädchen  28 aufgesetzt sind, welche durch Ketten von  möglichst grossen, hinter den Gummireif  rädern 7 auf der Welle 6 angeordneten  Kettenrädern 29 angetrieben werden.  



  Um den Kasten möglichst staubdicht zu  halten, bleiben die Schlitze 30 in den Seiten  wandungen des Kastens von den Schiebern  2, welche die Lagerhülsen 3 der Bürste  halten, stets überdeckt.

  The accompanying drawing represents an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, in which FIG. 1 is a diagram of the cleaning device and FIGS. 2 to 4 are details.



  According to the drawing, a roller-shaped brush 1 is mounted by means of bearing sleeves 3 held in slides 2 in the side walls of a box 5 which is closed in a dust-tight manner with the exception of a bottom opening 4 through which the brush touches the ground. The box carries a rear shaft 6 with two rubber tires 7 arranged on both sides of the box and a rotatable guide roller 8 is seen in the middle of its front wall. Almost the entire width of the box, attached to the rear wall of the Ka most rod 9 allows the device to be steered with safety.

   The device for raising and lowering the brush has two wire ropes 10 which, by means of eyelets 11, grasp the ends of the two bearing sleeves 3 protruding beyond the side walls of the box and are connected to a rod 14 with a handle 15 via guide rollers 12 and 13, which can be held firmly between two rakes 16 by a transverse pin 17 finely connected to the rod in the desired lift positions of the brush. This rod together with the rake is arranged on the top of the box so that the handle 15 is within easy reach of the handlebars.



  Behind the brush is a through the Bo denöffung 4 from the load, the dust from the brush to the dust collector 20 conductive blade 18 is provided, which runs at its front end on rollers 19 and with its rear end by means of loops 21 on one of the box sides walls connecting crossbar 22 is ver slidable. This allows you to free the blade, without having to pick up the brush, of any objects stuck on it by pulling back and tipping over.

   These movements can be carried out by means of steering rods 23 which are arranged on both sides of the shovel, are connected on the one hand to the shovel and on the other hand to levers 24, these levers being fixed on a shaft 25 pushed through the box side walls. This shaft has cranks 26 arranged on the outside of the Ka most, by means of which the shovel can be emptied into the collector 20 at any time.



  In Fig. 2, in addition to the operating position of the blade drawn with full lines, two other positions are indicated by dashed lines.



  The dust collector 20 is designed as a drawer with a handle 27 that can be pulled out of the side of the box.



  The drive of the brush at a sufficiently high speed is achieved in that small chain wheels 28 are placed on the ends of the brush shaft emerging from the bearing sleeves on both sides of the box, which by chains of the largest possible, behind the rubber tires 7 on the shaft 6 arranged sprockets 29 are driven.



  In order to keep the box as dust-proof as possible, the slots 30 remain in the side walls of the box of the slides 2, which hold the bearing sleeves 3 of the brush, always covered.
