Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatz patentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, welches da durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man 4- Amino - sulfo - 1 . 8 - naphtalsäureanhydrid (erhältlich durch Behandeln von 4-Amino- 1 .
8 - naphtalsäureanhydrid mit einem Ge misch aus gleichen Teilen Monohydrat und Oleum 20%ig, bei einer Temperatur von 50 bis<B>60'</B> C, bis eine Probe wasserlöslich ist) mit Cyclohexylamin umsetzt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt aus saurem Bade die tierische Faser sehr egal klar grünstichig gelb.
Beispiel: 15 Gewichtsteile 4-Amino-sulfo-1.8-naph- talsäureanhydrid (erhältlich durch Behandeln von 4-Amino-1.8-naphtalsäureanhydrid mit einem Gemisch aus gleichen Teilen Mono hydrat und Oleum 20% ig, bei einer Tempe ratur von 50 bis 60 C, bis eine Probe was serlöslich ist) und 40 Gewichtsteile Cyclo- hexylamin werden in 120 Raumteilen Was ser zirka fünf Stunden zum sehwachen Sieden erhitzt.
Das überschüssige Cyclo- hexylamin wird durch gespannten Wasser dampf abgetrieben und der aus dem Filtrat durch Aussalzen gewonnene Farbstoff abge saugt und getrocknet. Er färbt aus saurem Bade die tierische Faser sehr egal klar grün stichig gelb.
