Zum Befestigen an einem Haupthörer bestimmter, abnehmbarer Nebenhörer, insbesondere für Telephone. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Nebenhörer, insbesondere für Telephone, wel cher dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass eine mit einer Haltevorrichtung versehene, als primäre Hörmuschel dienende Schalldose zum Befestigen an der Hörmuschel des Haupt hörers vorgesehen ist, wobei die Schalldose mit wenigstens einer sekundären Hörmuschel des Nebenhörers akustisch verbunden ist.
Zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes sind dargestellt, die erste in Fig. 1 in einer Teilansicht, in Fig. 2 in einem Schnitt, am Haupt hörer befestigt, in Fig. 3 in einer Teilansicht, in Fig. 4 in einem Schnitt, im Detail; die zweite in F ig. 5 im Aufriss mit befestigtem Haupthörer, teilweise im Schnitt, in Fig. 6 im Grundriss, bei abgenomme nem Haupthörer, teilweise im Schnitt, in Fig. 7 ein Detail im Schnitt. Die Dose 1 ist einseitig mit einer Schall öffnung 3 versehen, währenddem die gegen überliegende, dem Haupthörer 9 anliegende Seite das Sieb 2 aufweist.
Zur Befestigung der Dose 1 am Haupthörer 9 dient der an ersterer angeordnete federnde Metall bügel 4, der beispielsweise an einer Stelle vermittels der Schraube 5 an der Dose 1 fixiert ist, wobei dessen beide Enden un gefähr radial in den Dosenmantel eindringen und beweglich gehalten sind. Am Dosen mantel der Dose 1 befindet sich der Stutzen 6, an welchem der zur Hörmuschel 7 füh rende Schlauch 8 zur akustischen Übertra gung angeschlossen ist.
Zur Inbetriebnahme des Nebenhörers wird die Dose 1 an den Haupthörer 9 des Telephons angeschoben und vermittels des federnden Bügels 4 am Haupthörer festge halten. Der Haupthörer mit der Dose 1 wird in üblicher Weise ans Ohr gehalten, so dass die Schallwellen durch die Öffnung 3 an dieses gelangen können. Die mit der als primäre Hörmuschel dienenden Dose 1 aku stisch verbundene sekundäre Hörmuschel 7 kann ans zweite Ohr des Hörenden gehalten werden, oder kann von einer zweiten an wesenden Person als Hörer benutzt werden.
In Fig. 5-7 ist eine zweite Ausführungs- form des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt. Die Dose 10 ist hierbei mit zwei Passsitzen 11 und 12, entsprechend den beider) au Tele- phonapparaten üblichen Hörmuscheldurchmes- sern ausgerüstet. Die Hördose 9 des Haupt hörers wird an die Dose 10 gesteckt und vermittels des elastischen Bandes 13 befestigt. Letzteres ist an den mit einem Schlitz 14 versehenen Lappen 15 der Dose 10 fixiert.
Der an der Dose 10 vorgesehene, mit der Bohrung 16 ausgerüstete Stutzen 17 dient zum Anschliessen des Schallübertragungs- schlauches B. Die Schallöffnung 18 im Boden der Dose 10 gestattet deren Benützung als primärer Hörer.
Als sekundäre Hörmuschel kann ebenfalls die in Fig. 7 dargestellte Dose Verwendung finden. Sie ist mit einem Anschlussstutzen 20 für den Scballübertragungsschlauch 8 ver sehen, wobei ersterer die Bohrung 21 auf weist. Die Öffnung 22 gestattet den Schall austritt zum Ohr.
Die Dosen 1, 10 und die Hörmuscheln 7, 19 können zweckmässig in Pressstoff her gestellt werden, währenddem für den Schall übertragungsschlauch 8 Kautschuk, Gummi oder ein anderes elastisches Material, sowie flexible Rohre in Frage kommen.
Die Vorteile, speziell bei Verwendung an Telephonapparaten mit einem einzigen Hörer, sind die Möglichkeit, mit beiden Ohren hören zu können, wobei die akustische Übertragung die Überlagerungsgeräusche weitgehend auf hebt, ferner die Kontrollmöglicbkeit eines Gespräches durch eine zweite anwesende Person. Durch die dehnbare Haltevorrichtung ist der Hilfshörer sehr rasch am Haupthörer angeschlossen und von diesem weggenommen.
Ohne vom Wesen der vorliegenden Er findung abzuweichen, könnte die dehnbare Haltevorrichtung ebenfalls zweckentsprechend aus einzelnen, am Ende nach einwärts ge bogenen Federblättchen bestehen, welche am Dosenmantel zu befestigen wären.
Detachable secondary earphones intended to be attached to a main earpiece, especially for telephones. The subject of the present invention is a secondary earpiece, in particular for telephones, which is characterized in that a sound box provided with a holding device and serving as the primary earpiece is provided for attachment to the earpiece of the main listener, the sound box with at least one secondary earpiece of the secondary earpiece is acoustically connected.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, the first in Fig. 1 in a partial view, in Fig. 2 in a section, attached to the main listener, in Fig. 3 in a partial view, in Fig. 4 in a section, in detail; the second in Fig. 5 in elevation with attached main earphone, partly in section, in Fig. 6 in plan, with removed main earphone, partly in section, in Fig. 7 a detail in section. The box 1 is provided on one side with a sound opening 3, while the opposite side, lying against the main receiver 9, has the screen 2.
To attach the can 1 to the main earpiece 9, the resilient metal bracket 4 arranged on the former is used, which is fixed at one point by means of the screw 5 on the can 1, both ends of which penetrate radially into the can jacket and are held movably. On the can jacket of the can 1 is the nozzle 6, to which the lead to the earpiece 7 hose 8 is connected for acoustic transmission.
To start up the side listener, the box 1 is pushed to the main handset 9 of the phone and hold Festge by means of the resilient bracket 4 on the main handset. The main earpiece with the socket 1 is held to the ear in the usual way so that the sound waves can reach it through the opening 3. The secondary earpiece 7 acoustically connected to serving as the primary earpiece 1 can be held to the second ear of the listener, or can be used as a listener by a second person present.
A second embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in FIGS. 5-7. The box 10 is here equipped with two fitting seats 11 and 12, corresponding to the earpiece diameters usual for both telephones. The hearing socket 9 of the main listener is plugged into the socket 10 and fastened by means of the elastic band 13. The latter is fixed to the tab 15 of the can 10 provided with a slot 14.
The socket 17 provided on the box 10 and equipped with the bore 16 serves to connect the sound transmission hose B. The sound opening 18 in the bottom of the box 10 allows it to be used as a primary receiver.
The socket shown in FIG. 7 can also be used as the secondary earpiece. It is seen ver with a connecting piece 20 for the Scball transfer hose 8, the former having the bore 21 on. The opening 22 allows sound to exit to the ear.
The cans 1, 10 and the earpieces 7, 19 can be expediently made in pressed fabric, while rubber, rubber or another elastic material, as well as flexible tubes, are suitable for the sound transmission tube 8.
The advantages, especially when used on telephones with a single handset, are the possibility of being able to hear with both ears, the acoustic transmission largely canceling out the superimposed noises, as well as the ability to control a conversation by a second person present. Due to the expandable holding device, the auxiliary earpiece is very quickly connected to the main earpiece and removed from it.
Without deviating from the essence of the present invention, the stretchable holding device could also appropriately consist of individual spring leaves bent inwardly at the end which would be attached to the can jacket.
