Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Wollfarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die 1-Amino-4-jodanthrachinon-2,6-disul- fonsäure mit 4-Aminobenzyl-dimethylamin kondensiert und das erhaltene Kondensations- produkt mit einem sulfonierenden Mittel bis zum Eintritt einer Sulfogruppe behandelt.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit gelbstichig brauner Farbe, die auf Zusatz von Paraform- a.ldehyd nach gelbstichig grün umschlägt, und färbt Wolle in lichtechten, rotstichig blauen Tönen. Er besitzt ein sehr .gutes Egalisierungsvermögen.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 25 Teile 1-Amino-4-jodanthrachinon-2,6- disulfonsäure werden in etwa 1500 Teilen Wasser gelöst und mit einer Lösung von 15 Teilen p-Amino-benzyl-@dimethylamin ver setzt. Nach der Zugabe von 25 Teilen Na- triumbicarbonat und 2,5 Teilen Kupfer chlorür wird mehrere Stunden im siedenden Wasserbad erhitzt. Die Reaktionslösung wird dann filtriert und das Kondensationsprodukt durch Aussalzen abgeschieden. Es wird zweckmässig noch durch Umlösen gereinigt.
30 Teile des obigen Kondensationsproduk- tes werden in einem Gemisch aus 300 Teilen Schwefelsäure-Monohydrat und 30 Teilen 20 % igem Oleum gelöst. Die Reaktionsmasse wird ungefähr 20 Stunden auf 40-45' C erwärmt und dann mit Eis versetzt. Die stark mineralsaure Farbstofflösung wird nun mit Natronlauge von 33 Be, zweckmässig unter äusserer Kühlung, neutralisiert, wobei sich .der gebildete Farbstoff ausscheidet.
Er wird abgesaugt und mit Salzwasser von 15 Be nachgewaschen.

30 parts of the above condensation product are dissolved in a mixture of 300 parts of sulfuric acid monohydrate and 30 parts of 20% strength oleum. The reaction mass is heated to 40-45 ° C. for about 20 hours and then ice is added. The strongly mineral acid dye solution is then neutralized with sodium hydroxide solution of 33 Be, advantageously with external cooling, whereupon the dye formed separates out.
It is suctioned off and washed with 15 Be salt water.
