Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Präparates aus dem blutzuckersenkenden Hormon der Bauchspeicheldrüse. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpaten tes ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Präparates aus dem blutzuckersenkendenHor- mon der Bauchspeicheldrüse, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man Insulin mit in Wasser gelösten Salzen des Bis-(2-methyl-4- aminochinolyl-6)-carbamids und des Magne siums umsetzt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 182 mg Insulin werden in 1,4 cm' n/10 Salzsäure gelöst, 7,6 mg Bis-(2-methyl-4- aminochinolyl-6)j-carbamid-hydrochlorid, in wenig Wasser gelöst, der Insulinlösung hin zugefügt und weiterhin 50,8 mg Magnesium chlorid mit 6 H_0. Darauf wird das Volumen auf 70 cm' gebracht, 2 g Harnstoff zugegeben und mit sekundärem Natriumphosphat als Puffer auf pH - 6,5 eingestellt. Der entstan dene Niederschlag stellt ein protrahierend wirkendes Insulinpräparat dar.
Das Reaktionsprodukt, welches die Anio nen der als Ausgangsmaterial verwendeten Salze nicht enthält, ist ein farbloses, in Was- ser schwerlösliches Pulver, welches sich auf Zusatz von Säure löst. Aus dieser Lösung fällt Natronlauge einen Niederschlag aus, der bei weiterem Zusatz von Lauge wieder in Lö sung geht.
