Description

       

  
 



  Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verbindungsformteil aus Kunststoff, wie es im Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1 gekennzeichnet ist. 



  Formteile zum Verbinden von Rohren, wie z.B. Muffen, Winkel, T-Stücke oder Kreuzstücke weisen mindestens zwei Muffenpartien mit einer Bohrung zum Einstecken der Rohrenden auf, wobei die feste Verbindung mittels einer Muffen-Schweissung oder -Klebung erzeugt wird. 



  Weisen die Muffenpartien am Innenumfang keinen Bund als Anschlagfläche für die Einstecklänge der Rohre auf, ist es schwierig am Montageort wie z.B. einer Baustelle die für eine einwandfreie Schweissung oder Klebung richtige Einstecklänge zu bestimmen. 



  Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist die Schaffung eines Hilfsmittels, mittels welchem die richtige Einstecklänge für das Rohrteil in das Verbindungsformteil beim Schweissen oder Kleben bestimmbar ist. 



  Erfindungsgemäss wird diese Aufgabe durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale von Anspruch 1 gelöst. 



  Besonders vorteilhafte Ausbildungen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen gekennzeichnet. 



  Durch die Anordnung einer umfangsmässig verlaufenden Strichmarkierung am Verbindungsformteil kann die erforderliche Einstecklänge durch Anlegen des Rohrteiles an den Aussenumfang der Muffenpartie mit dem Rohrende bis zur Strichmarkierung auf das Rohrteil übertragen werden. Hierbei wird dann eine Strichmarkierung mittels eines Markierungsstiftes wie z.B eines Bleistiftes am Aussenumfang des Rohres beim Muffenende des Formteiles die Strichmarkierung angebracht. Beim Schweissen wird dann der Rohraussenumfang bis zu der angebrachten Markierung mittels einer Schweissbuchse erhitzt und dann in die ebenfalls erhitzte Muffenpartie bis zur Markierung eingesteckt. 



  Beim Kleben wird das mit einem Kleber bestrichene Rohrende ebenfalls bis zu der vorgängig angebrachten Markierung eingesteckt. 



  Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand des in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert. 



  Die einzige Figur zeigt ein beispielsweise als T-Stück ausgebildetes Verbindungsformteil 1 aus einem schweissbaren oder klebbaren Kunststoff. Das T-Stück weist Muffenpartien 2 auf mit jeweils einer Einsteck-Bohrung 3 für die zu verbindenden rohrförmigen Teile 4. 



  Am Aussenumfang 5 jeder Muffenpartie 2 ist jeweils eine in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Strichmarkierung 6 an geordnet, welche zum Muffenende 7 eine der Einstecklänge für das zu verbindende rohrförmige Teil 4 entsprechende Distanz D aufweist. 



  Vorzugsweise ist die Strichmarkierung erhaben ausgebildet und wird mit beim Spritzen des Verbindungsformteiles erstellt, so dass sich eine nachträgliche Anbringung erübrigt. Die Strichmarkierung 6 kann auch als Rille ausgebildet sein. Meist ist eine 5 bis 15 mm lange Strichmarkierung 6 an einer Umfangsstelle der Muffenpartie 2 ausreichend. Es können jedoch mehrere derartige Strichmarkierungen 6 umfangsmässig verteilt angeordnet werden oder die Strichmarkierung 6 bildet einen umfangsmässig verlaufenden Strich. 



   Zur Bestimmung der richtigen Einstecklänge für das rohrförmige Teil 4 bei der Herstellung der festen Verbindung durch Schweissen oder Kleben wird wie aus der Figur ersichtlich das rohrförmige Teil 4 mit seinem Ende 8 mit der Strichmarkierung 6 übereinstimmend an die Muffenpartie 2 angelegt. Dann wird am Aussenumfang des rohrförmigen Teiles 4 an der Stelle, wo das Muffenende 7 anliegt, mittels eines Markierungsstiftes 9 wie z.B. ein Bleistift ein Strich 10 angebracht, welcher die Einstecklänge für das rohrförmige Teil markiert. 



  Bei einer Schweissverbindung wird bis zu diesem Strich 10 das rohrförmige Teil mittels einer Heizbuchse erhitzt und dann bis zu der Markierung in die ebenfalls erhitzte Bohrung 3 des Verbingungsformteiles gesteckt. 



  Bei Klebeverbindung dient diese Markierung zur Festlegung der Klebe-Länge.

  If the socket parts on the inner circumference do not have a collar as a stop surface for the insertion length of the pipes, it is difficult at the installation site, e.g. to determine the correct insertion length for a perfect welding or gluing.



  The object of the present invention is to create an aid by means of which the correct insertion length for the tubular part into the connection molded part can be determined when welding or gluing.



  According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1.



  Particularly advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the dependent claims.



  By arranging a circumferential line marking on the connection molded part, the required insertion length can be transferred to the pipe part by placing the pipe part on the outer circumference of the socket part with the pipe end up to the line marking. A line marking is then applied to the outer circumference of the pipe at the end of the socket of the molded part using a marking pen, such as a pencil. When welding, the outer circumference of the pipe is then heated up to the mark made by means of a welding bush and then inserted into the heated socket section up to the mark.



  When gluing, the pipe end coated with an adhesive is also inserted up to the previously made marking.



  The invention is explained below with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawing.



  The single figure shows a connection molded part 1 made, for example, as a T-piece made of a weldable or adhesive plastic. The T-piece has socket sections 2, each with an insertion hole 3 for the tubular parts 4 to be connected.



  On the outer circumference 5 of each socket section 2 there is in each case a line marking 6 running in the circumferential direction, which has a distance D from the socket end 7 corresponding to the insertion length for the tubular part 4 to be connected.



  The line marking is preferably raised and is created when the connecting molded part is sprayed, so that there is no need for subsequent attachment. The line marking 6 can also be designed as a groove. Usually a 5 to 15 mm long line marking 6 at a circumferential point of the socket section 2 is sufficient. However, several such line markings 6 can be arranged distributed over the circumference or the line marking 6 forms a circumferentially extending line.



   To determine the correct insertion length for the tubular part 4 when establishing the fixed connection by welding or gluing, as can be seen from the figure, the end of the tubular part 4 with the line marking 6 is placed against the socket part 2. Then on the outer circumference of the tubular part 4 at the point where the sleeve end 7 abuts, by means of a marking pen 9 such as e.g. a pencil attached a line 10, which marks the insertion length for the tubular part.



  In the case of a welded connection, the tubular part is heated up to this line 10 by means of a heating bush and then inserted up to the mark in the likewise heated bore 3 of the molded connection part.



  In the case of an adhesive connection, this marking serves to determine the adhesive length.


    

Claims (5)

1. Verbindungsformteil aus Kunststoff mit mindestens einer Muffenpartie zum festen Verbinden eines einsteckbaren rohrförmigen Teiles mittels Kleben oder Schweissen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Aussenumfang (5) der Muffenpartie (2) mindestens eine in Umfangrichtung verlaufende Strichmarkierung (6) angeordnet ist, welche zum Muffenende (7) eine der Einstecklänge für das zu verbindende rohrförmige Teil (4) entsprechende Distanz (D) aufweist.       1.
