Abstract

The housing comprises a frame with vertical, transverse and lengthwise struts, top and bottom plates, side and rear walls, and hinging and or sliding doors. The interior is divided by height adjustable shelves. Also included are a sliding drawer, angle pieces forming the corner joints, and the electric lighting system. Each strut consists of a main profiled portion (50), onto which an outer one (51) is fixed to form part of a glazing frame. The flanks of the main portion bear against the inside of the outer one, so as to form grooves at 90 deg to each other, in which the walls (7.1) are clamped. The visible surfaces of the outer portion can be polished, painted or veneered, and can have a groove (51.1) on the side for screws (52) passing through drillings (50.1) in the main portion and holding the portions together.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Baukasten zur Herstellung einer Schauvitrine zur Präsentierung von Gegenständen und zur Warendarbietung mit vielfachen Variationsmöglichkeiten gemäss dem Patentanspruch 1. Solcherart Vitrinen werden benutzt, um die verschiedensten Ausstellungsstücke, wie Münz- und Briefmarkensammlungen oder bibliophile Raritäten bzw. wertvolle Handschriften und anderes mehr, dem Publikum zu zeigen. Dabei werden die Objekte in gewissem Masse gegen unerlaubten Zugriff und gegen Einflüsse der Umgebung, wie Staub oder ausbleichendes Licht geschützt. Derartige Vitrinen werden auch als Verkaufstheken oder als Messemobiliar verwendet, z.B. für kostbaren Schmuck, edle Textilien oder Pelze und Musikinstrumente. Diese Systeme weisen verschiedene Nachteile auf. Relativ klobige Profilstangen nehmen einiges an Sichtfläche und lassen die Vitrine wenig ästhetisch erscheinen. Die Horizontal- und Vertikalprofile - zumeist sind jeweils gesonderte Profile nötig - erlauben keine absatzlose Eckengestaltung; eine die Stosskanten der in den Ecken zusammenlaufenden Profile überdeckende Eckscheibe wirkt aufgesetzt. Bei der Montage oder Demontage, auch schon beim blossen Wechsel einer vertikal eingesetzten Vitrinenscheibe wird die Rahmenkonstruktion zu einem unstabilen Gebilde, so dass zumeist mehrere Personen die Arbeit ausführen müssen. Die seitlichen Beleuchtungskörper sind in der Vitrine oftmals nicht stufenlos höhenverstellbar und die Kabelzuführung erfolgt durch Durchgangsbohrungen in den Profilen. Damit sind die sich schlängelnden Kabel teilweise sichtbar und bei häufigerem Umbau der Vitrine auch einer gewissen Bruchgefahr ausgesetzt. Die soweit bekannten Vitrinenaufbauten können allesamt nicht als optimal bewertet werden. Daher hat sich die vorliegende Erfindung die Aufgabe gestellt, einen Baukasten zur Herstellung einer Schauvitrine vorzuschlagen, womit ein sehr variabler Vitrinenaufbau gestattet und mit möglichst wenig sowie multifunktional konzipierten Profilen realisierbar ist. Das Erscheinungsbild der Profilstreben, der Rahmenecken und der Elektrik soll hohe Ansprüche erfüllen. Die Montage und ein eventueller Umbau der Vitrine muss von einer Person und ohne stützende Hilfsmittel zu bewerkstelligen sein.
