Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines direktziehenden o-Oxyazöfarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass durch Kuppeln von diazotiertcm 5-Nitro-2-amino-l-oxybenzol mit 2-Oxy raphtalin-3:
6-disrrlfosäure, Redu zieren, Diäzotieren und Kuppeln mit ss-Naph- tol des erhaltenen Monoazofarbstoffes ein direktziehender o-Oxyazofarbstoi erhalten wird, welcher Baumwolle in licht- und alkali- empfindlichen, grünstichig blauen Tönen an färbt.
Durch Nachkupfern oder durch Färben in der für direktziehende Farbstoffe üblichen Weise unter Zusatz von Kupferverbindungen zum Bade werden hervorragend licht- und alkaliechte; grünstichig blaue Torre erhalten. <I>Beispiel:</I> 15,4 kg 5-Nitro-2-amino-l-oxybenzol wer den auf übliche Weise dianotiert. Die Diaze- verbindt'ang lässt man einlaufen in eine Lösung von 34,8 kg 2 # 3 - 6-Naphtoldisulfosäure und 30 kg Soda.
Nach 24 Stunden wird auf. 60 0 erwärmt, mit einer Lösung von 36 kg kri-@ stallisiertein Schwefelnatrium versetzt und -naeh 1/a-stündigem Rühren der Farbstoff durch Zusatz von Kochsalz und Salzsäure bis zum Verschwinden der alkalischen Re aktion .gefällt. Man filtriert, presst, löst wie der in 500 Liter Wasser, versetzt nach dem Abkühlen mit 7;2 kg Natriumnitrit und säuert mit 50 kg Salzsäure an.
Nach 1-stün- digem Rühren lässt man die Diazoverbindung- einlaufen in eine Lösung: vori 14,4 kg l- Naphtol, 15 kg Natronlauge von 30% und 50 kg Soda. Nach 24 Störiden wird der Farbstoff durch Aussalzen isoliert.
