Abstract

本发明涉及液体香烟气化或用于雾化电子烟的添加剂,具体的说是一种新植二烯作为液体香烟添加剂的应用。具体为新植二烯作为液体香烟添加剂的应用,所述液体香烟中成分为雾化液和新植二烯,其重量百分比为25-99.9%的雾化液和0.01-75%的新植二烯。本发明是将新植二烯作为液体香烟的添加剂,以改善吸入的模拟气体或模拟汽雾的口感,模拟真正的香烟气味。本发明中因液体香烟中添加了新植二烯可增加液体的挥发速度,便于气化成气体,尤其在雾化电子烟中有利液体的雾化,从而节省电池的能量。

一种香烟液
技术领域
本发明涉及液体香烟气化或用于雾化电子烟的添加剂,具体的说是一种香烟液。 
背景技术
为开发香烟代用品和戒烟产品,目前流行二类可供抽吸用途的产品,一种是将具有香烟味的多种混合物液体置于具有较大表面积的多孔体中,当有抽吸气体流经这个多孔体时,液体大量蒸发并混入抽吸气体中给抽吸者以满足感;另一种是将此类液体置于雾化电子烟中,通过雾化器使之雾化成汽雾供使用者抽吸,以达到仿真烟雾的作用,但是这些产品的一个重要不足是难于模拟香烟的口感和气味。 
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种香烟液。 
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为: 
香烟液,它包括:雾化液和新植二烯,其重量百分比为25-99.9%的雾化液和0.01-75%的新植二烯。 
所述新植二烯属于二萜类化合物,常温下为液体,其分子量为:278.52,分子式为:C20H38,结构式为:

所述雾化液成分为质量百分比为60-95%的丙二醇、1-30%的丙三醇,余量为香精、水和乙醇。 
所述新植二烯加入量为0.01-20%时即可产生烟味。所述新植二烯加入量为20-75%时即可提高雾化速度。 
本发明所具有的优点: 
1.本发明将新植二烯作为液体香烟的添加剂,以改善吸入的气体或汽雾的口感,使其有真正的香烟气味。 
2.本发明中因液体香烟中添加了新植二烯可增加液体的挥发速度,便于气化成气体,尤其在雾化电子烟中有利液体的雾化,从而节省电池的能量。 
3.本发明作为液体香烟的添加剂的新植二烯,当其加入0.01-20%时即可有改善吸入的气体或汽雾的口感,使其有真正的香烟气味;当其加入量20-75%时即可增加液体的挥发速度,便于气化成气体。 
新植二烯广泛存在于烟草中,是香烟燃烧烟气中的成分之一,新植二烯本身几乎没有香味,有蜡脂气,对烟气的吸味有不良的影响,其属于二萜类化合物,常温下为液体,其分子量为:278.52,分子式为:C20H38。 
具体实施方式
新植二烯可用烟叶、烟杆及下脚料作原料提取获得,也可用叶绿醇脱水产生新植二烯。 
具体新植二烯的制备方法:

叶绿素: 
叶绿素分子由极性的卟啉头(N带部分负电荷,Mg带部分正电荷)和非极性的叶绿醇尾两部分构成。 
叶绿素在碱性条件下水解形成叶绿醇(C20H39OH): 
C55H72O5N4Mg+2KOH→CH3OH+C20H39OH+C34H30O5N4MgK2
叶绿醇在浓硫酸的催化作用和脱水作用下,加热到170℃,发生消去反应,生成新植二烯(C20H38)。 
将所得的新植二烯作为液体香烟添加剂。其是在现有的雾化液中添加0.01-75%的新植二烯;现有的雾化液成分通常为质量百分比为60-95%的丙二醇、1-30%的丙三醇,余量为香精、水和乙醇。 
所述液体香烟中成分为雾化液和新植二烯,其重量百分比为25-99.9%的雾化液和0.01-75%的新植二烯。 
当新植二烯加入量为0.01-20%时即可产生烟味,并以改善吸入的气体或汽雾的口感,使其有真正的香烟气味。 
当新植二烯加入量为20-75%时即可提高雾化速度,增加液体的挥发速度,便于气化成气体。 
实施例2 
当将重量百分比为0.01-3%的新植二烯加入到现有的雾化液中作为液体香烟添加剂,即可产生烟味,并以改善吸入的气体或汽雾的口感,使其有真正的香烟气味。 
当将重量百分比为20-45%的新植二烯加入到现有的雾化液中作为液体香烟添加剂,即可提高雾化速度,增加液体的挥发速度,便于气化成气体。 
实施例3 
当将重量百分比为3-10%的新植二烯加入到现有的雾化液中作为液体香烟添加剂,即可产生烟味,并以改善吸入的气体或汽雾的口感,使其有真正的香烟气味。 
当将重量百分比为50-70%的新植二烯加入到现有的雾化液中作为液体香烟添加剂,即可提高雾化速度,增加液体的挥发速度,便于气化成气体。 

Claims (5)

1.一种香烟液,其特征在于:它包括:雾化液和新植二烯,其重量百分比为25-99.9%的雾化液和0.01-75%的新植二烯。
2.按权利要求1所述的香烟液,其特征在于:所述新植二烯属于二萜类化合物,常温下为液体,其分子量为:278.52,分子式为:C20H38,结构式为:
