Abstract

本发明公布了一种消防抢险用新型液压剪扩器,该剪扩器的刀身通过销轴与夹板铰接,两个刀身的铰接点形成一定间距,夹板固定在套筒上,套筒与油缸外壳连接,刀身的刀柄端部与连杆一端铰接,连杆的另一端与活动连接件铰接,活动连接件连接在活塞前端;本发明剪切和扩张两种功能都是由油缸的推力实现的,剪力和扩张力都能很大。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种救灾,抢险,救援用新型液压剪扩器。
背景技术
随着社会经济的发展,救援人员担负着越来越多的抢险救援任务,其中,液压剪和液压扩张器是不可缺少的工具,现行使用的剪扩器的剪切功能是靠推力实现,扩张功能是靠油缸拉力实现,其剪切力和扩张力差距很大,扩张力相对剪切力很小。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种救灾,抢险,救援用新型液压剪扩器,剪切功能和扩张功能都是由油缸的推力实现,使剪切和扩张两个力都很大。
本发明的技术方案是:一种新型液压剪扩器,该剪扩器的刀身通过销轴与夹板铰接,两个刀身的铰接点形成一定间距,夹板固定在套筒上,套筒与油缸外壳连接,刀身的刀柄端部与连杆一端铰接,连杆的另一端与活动连接件铰接,活动连接件连接在活塞前端,活塞在推进的第一阶段,是实现剪切功能,在这一阶段活塞向前推进,推动连杆,连杆推动刀柄端部,使刀身绕销轴从外向里旋转,完成剪切功能,推进的第二阶段是实现扩张功能,活塞从第一个阶段完成的位置继续向前推进,此时连杆由推动刀柄端部转变为拉动刀柄端部,使刀身绕销轴从里向外转动,完成扩张功能。
本发明的有益效果是
剪切和扩张两种功能都是由油缸的推力实现的,使剪力和扩张力都很大。

具体实施方式
如图1,图2,图3,图4所示,一种新型液压剪扩器,该剪扩器的刀身1通过销轴7与夹板3铰接,两个刀身1的铰接点形成一定间距,夹板3固定在套筒9上,套筒9与油缸外壳4连接,刀身1的刀柄端部8与连杆2一端铰接,连杆2的另一端与活动连接件5铰接,活动连接件5连接在活塞6前端,活塞6在推进的第一阶段,是实现剪切功能,在这一阶段活塞6向前推进,推动连杆2,连杆2推动刀柄端部8,使刀身1绕销轴7从外向里旋转,完成剪切功能,推进的第二阶段是实现扩张功能,活塞6从第一个阶段完成的位置继续向前推进,此时连杆2由推动刀柄端部8转变为拉动刀柄端部8,使刀身1绕销轴7从里向外转动,完成扩张功能。

1.一种新型液压剪扩器,其特征在于:刀身(1)通过销轴(7)与夹板(3)铰接,两个刀身(1)的铰接点形成一定间距,夹板(3)固定在套筒(9)上,套筒(9)与油缸外壳(4)连接,刀身(1)的刀柄端部(8)与连杆(2)一端铰接,连杆(2)的另一端与活动连接件(5)铰接,活动连接件(5)连接在活塞(6)前端。
