Abstract
本发明涉及一种多元板栅。其组分包括铅、锡、铝和、稀土金属组成,重量百分比的配比为:锡(Sn)0.15-10%,铝(Al)0.02-3%,稀土金属(La)0.01-5.0%,余量为铅。本发明使用的稀土多元合金技术克服了铅锑、铅镉合金析气且不环保,铅钙合金易产生高电阻腐蚀层等问题;同时通过合理的材料配比,使本发明生产出的板栅具有优异的使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种多元板栅,属于电池技术领域。
背景技术
电池板栅作为电池中重要的支承件,其上附有活性物并起到导电的作用,其性能的优劣对于电池的充放电具有重要的影响;现有的板栅中常用到铅锑、铅镉、铅钙合金等物质,其中铅锑、铅镉合金析气且不环保,铅钙合金易产生高电阻腐蚀层等问题,对于电池本身的性能和环境均有不利的影响,需进行改进。
发明内容
本发明针对上述缺陷,目的在于提供一种具有环保、且具有良好使用性能的多元板栅。
为此本发明采用的技术方案是:本发明其组分包括铅、锡、铝和、稀土金属组成,重量百分比的配比为:锡(Sn)0.15-10%,铝(Al)0.02-3%,稀土金属(La)0.01-5.0%,余量为铅。
本发明的优点是:本发明使用的稀土多元合金技术克服了铅锑、铅镉合金析气且不环保,铅钙合金易产生高电阻腐蚀层等问题;同时通过合理的材料配比,使本发明生产出的板栅具有优异的使用性能。

实施例1:
本发明其组分包括铅、锡、铝和、稀土金属组成,重量百分比的配比为:锡(Sn)0.15%,铝(Al)2%,稀土金属(La)1%,余量为铅。
实施例2:
本发明其组分包括铅、锡、铝和、稀土金属组成,重量百分比的配比为:锡(Sn)3%,铝(Al)0.05%,稀土金属(La)3%,余量为铅。
实施例3:
本发明其组分包括铅、锡、铝和、稀土金属组成,重量百分比的配比为:锡(Sn)5%,铝(Al)1%,稀土金属(La)4%,余量为铅。
实施例4:
本发明其组分包括铅、锡、铝和、稀土金属组成,重量百分比的配比为:锡(Sn)8%,铝(Al)3%,稀土金属(La)0.01%,余量为铅。
