Abstract

一种车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,属于车辆制造技术领域。本发明提供一种可取消现有车辆的后视镜的车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统。本发明包括位于车体中前部两侧的转向灯、位于车内后风挡玻璃上方的后主摄像头及显示盘;在转向灯的转向灯罩的后侧设置有侧摄像头安装台,在侧摄像头安装台上设置有侧摄像头;所述显示盘位于仪表盘的上方,在显示盘上分别设置有后主摄像头和侧摄像头的显示屏;所述后主摄像头、侧摄像头及显示盘分别与控制系统相连接。

一种车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统
技术领域
本发明属于车辆制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统。
背景技术
目前,现有的车辆后视镜存在以下弊病,特别是工程车,如:铲车、挖掘机和大型超长货车等。
(1)后视镜阻碍驾驶员的视线;
(2)后视镜有风阻;
(3)后视镜有死角;
(4)后视镜增加车辆的宽度;
(5)倒车时,司机操作复杂,需要看三块后视镜和汽车的前左右角。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种可取消现有车辆的后视镜的车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,一种车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,包括位于车体中前部两侧的转向灯、位于车内后风挡玻璃上方的后主摄像头及显示盘;在转向灯的转向灯罩的后侧设置有侧摄像头安装台,在侧摄像头安装台上设置有侧摄像头;所述显示盘位于仪表盘的上方,在显示盘上分别设置有后主摄像头和侧摄像头的显示屏;所述后主摄像头、侧摄像头及显示盘分别与控制系统相连接。
在所述侧摄像头的上方设置有透明防雨防尘罩,所述透明防雨防尘罩设置在转向灯罩上。
在所述转向灯罩的前侧设置有前置摄像头安装台,在前置摄像头安装台上设置有前置摄像头,所述前置摄像头与控制系统相连接,在显示盘上设置有前置摄像头的显示屏。
所述显示屏采用LED显示屏。
当车体长度较长时,在所述车体的两侧还可加装侧摄像头。
本发明的有益效果:
1、采用本发明的车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,可取消现有车辆的后视镜;避免了后视镜阻碍驾驶员的视线及后视镜的风阻和死角问题,减小了车辆的宽度;
2、本发明将三块后视镜集中到仪表盘上方的显示盘上,正常驾驶时,使驾驶员抬头看前方,低头看显示盘,做到车辆的左、后、右侧无死角全显示;特别是倒车时,司机只需看显示盘即可,操作简单方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明:
一种车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,包括位于车体中前部两侧的转向灯、位于车内后风挡玻璃上方的后主摄像头及显示盘18;如图1所示,转向灯由转向灯罩1和设置在转向灯罩1内的转向灯泡2组成,在转向灯的转向灯罩1的后侧设置有侧摄像头安装台5,在侧摄像头安装台5上设置有侧摄像头4;在所述侧摄像头4的上方设置有透明防雨防尘罩3,所述透明防雨防尘罩3设置在转向灯罩1上。所述显示盘18位于仪表盘17的上方,在显示盘18上分别设置有后主摄像头和侧摄像头4的显示屏;所述后主摄像头、侧摄像头4及显示盘18分别与控制系统相连接。在显示盘18的侧方设置有第一调钮和第二调钮,第一调钮用于调节侧摄像头4的远近,第二调钮用于调节显示盘18的明暗;所述显示盘18的显示屏采用LED显示屏。
如图2所示,在所述转向灯罩1的前侧设置有前置摄像头安装台6,在前置摄像头安装台6上设置有前置摄像头7,所述前置摄像头7与控制系统相连接,在显示盘18上设置有前置摄像头7的显示屏。车体一侧的侧摄像头4和前置摄像头7可用一个显示屏进行显示,在显示盘18的侧方设置有转换按钮,转换按钮开启后,所述侧摄像头4的显示屏转换成前置摄像头7的显示屏。
图3所示的显示盘可用于小型轿车,图4所示的显示盘可用于小型轿车、铲车和货车,图5所示的显示盘可用于铲车和货车,图6所示的显示盘可用于超长货车。
采用本发明的小型轿车的显示盘的结构,如图3所示,在显示盘18上分别设置有车左侧显示屏8、车后方显示屏9和车右侧显示屏10;其中,车左侧显示屏8和车右侧显示屏10为两个侧摄像头4的显示屏,车后方显示屏9为后主摄像头的显示屏。显示盘18的安装位置,如图7所示。
采用本发明的铲车的显示盘的结构,如图4所示,在显示盘18上分别设置有车左侧显示屏8、车后方显示屏9和车右侧显示屏10;其中,车左侧显示屏8和车右侧显示屏10为两个侧摄像头4的显示屏,车后方显示屏9为后主摄像头的显示屏。显示盘18的安装位置,如图8所示。
采用本发明的货车的显示盘的结构,如图5所示,由于货车车体长度较长,在车体中部两侧的适当位置各加装一个侧摄像头;在显示盘18上分别设置有车左侧前显示屏11、车左侧后显示屏12、车后方显示屏9、车右侧前显示屏13和车右侧后显示屏14;其中,车左侧前显示屏11、车左侧后显示屏12、车右侧前显示屏13和车右侧后显示屏14为四个侧摄像头的显示屏,车后方显示屏9为后主摄像头的显示屏。
采用本发明的超长货车的显示盘的结构,如图6所示,由于超长货车车体长度更长,在超长货车车体中前部和中后部两侧的适当位置各加装一个侧摄像头;在显示盘18上分别设置有车左侧前显示屏11、车左侧中显示屏15、车左侧后显示屏12、车后方显示屏9、车右侧前显示屏13、车右侧中显示屏16和车右侧后显示屏14;其中,车左侧前显示屏11、车左侧中显示屏15、车左侧后显示屏12、车右侧前显示屏13、车右侧中显示屏16和车右侧后显示屏14为六个侧摄像头的显示屏,车后方显示屏9为后主摄像头的显示屏。

Claims (5)

1.一种车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,其特征在于包括位于车体中前部两侧的转向灯、位于车内后风挡玻璃上方的后主摄像头及显示盘;在转向灯的转向灯罩的后侧设置有侧摄像头安装台,在侧摄像头安装台上设置有侧摄像头;所述显示盘位于仪表盘的上方,在显示盘上分别设置有后主摄像头和侧摄像头的显示屏;所述后主摄像头、侧摄像头及显示盘分别与控制系统相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,其特征在于在所述侧摄像头的上方设置有透明防雨防尘罩,所述透明防雨防尘罩设置在转向灯罩上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,其特征在于在所述转向灯罩的前侧设置有前置摄像头安装台,在前置摄像头安装台上设置有前置摄像头,所述前置摄像头与控制系统相连接,在显示盘上设置有前置摄像头的显示屏。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,其特征在于所述显示屏采用LED显示屏。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆侧方和后方全时影像系统,其特征在于在所述车体的两侧还加装侧摄像头。
